I need some advice on getting a dual passport, I have a permanent resident card for over 10 years, I went to coimbra office to ask for one, they said yes but I would have to rescind my UK nationality first which don't make sense when I want a dual passport.. Can you advise me

American treats their foreign-born citizens as second-class citizens. I like the Portuguese way you are born again as a Portuguese citizen!
