ah, my dude, that mindset is one that sets you up for failure in life. I'm on my 16th year of making content, where would I be now if only getting THOUSANDS Of views discouraged me? posting this so others can learn too: - What really matters: even if I had double digit views and i got comments that people enjoyed the video, it's worth it to bring some joy/entertainment into peoples lives. - Opportunity cost: all of this is content I already make while I live stream, its minimal time to put it on youtube when its produced live. it is not taking significant time I could be spending on other making money elsewhere. - How revenue works on YT: youtubers do not only make money from new videos in the first few days. they make views from all of their monetized videos. even on a bad month, I get millions of monetized views. - Financial Situation: I am already very well set. I can't retire on a private island I own for the rest of my life, but I can keep a very high quality of life while I ride out lower numbers. During that time, you figure out what people wanna watch, you try new things, old things that used to work, until something clicks. Probably Prop Hunt for me next. My advice is nothing new: do what you love, manage your finances responsibly, be a good human being. If someone out there really appreciates what you're doing, and you're not hurting anyone, keep learning from it, fine tune it, keep on going.
@@swiftor Please keep making these videos, because of my poor internet connection and since I'm at work most of the day I don't have the energy and time to watch your streams, watching your youtube is my only way of enjoying these awesome videos. I remember back when I was a kid always dreamed of these types of games and how enjoyable they are didn't know someone else actually made it to reality.
if he puts the health down to the bare minimum (ie. everything especially snipers will one shot) wouldn't it be better for the snipers to use a semi auto sniper to get more shots off? Also, sooooo many people running behind the boxes at the start when explicitly told not to. Is it really that hard to follow the simplest instruction?
Is it even worth making videos when they can barely crack 10k views? That has to barely be a couple dollars per month, no?
