Their really one of the best ever all three great voices all brothers Barry oldest, Maurice & Robin are his twin brothers they both have passed away. Barry is the only one left. It’s sad. Listen to The Bee Gees song ALONE it’s phenomenal they had a younger brother Andy Gibb who was a solo artist hits like shadow dancing.
Can't believe I have never heard 855-7019 before. The BeeGees are the gift that keep on giving. The Only Love breaks my heart on every level.

Those are among my favorites from this album too, although almost every song on this album is fantastic. For me this is their best album (tied with Main Course).
@@willow_wiseMain Course is my favorite, with Still Waters a close second. My mom almost didn't let me get Main Course because of the album cover! 😂 I said, mom it's the Bee Gees, how raunchy could it be?🤣 I was 15, the year before I met the man that would be my husband for 40 years.
@@lilly5157 Mr. Natural and Still Waters are both close seconds for me. But most of their albums are up there for me and it mostly comes down to my mood more than anything else. Lately, I've been very into Life in A Tin Can.

How 855 7019 Never made it to being one of their biggest hits is beyond me. I've been obsessed with this since I first heard it! So glad that you covered it. It's amazing to me that so many people are finally discovering them. So sad that Robin and Maurice are'nt alive to enjoy all the accolades and recognition, particularly the Kennedy Center Honors!

These are 2 of my favorite BG songs. They both illustrate just how extremely creative the brothers were.
855-7019 is a great song, never could figure out why they didn't release it in US, so annoying. You should check out "Fallen Angel" from the Size album.
Because after Disco the American DJs wouldn't play them.

I bought the High Civilization CD on day one when it first came out in '91 and was floored by the outro to "The Only Love." I programmed my CD player to repeat that outro and I was set. My college roommates thought I was nuts but appreciated how unapologetic I was to it. Thanks for the review. I enjoy your reactions. Keep it up.
