I'm crazy, but at peace and don't stress about it....I remember years ago I used to stress and it was awful! It's a different approach, bit it works for me.

Go check whether your area has someone who can do neurofeedback therapy for you. I was told after about 12 sessions i.will be ok. After 4 sessions, I am feeling better. I went for 3 Osteopath sessions .Also I switch on CZcams channel Dalesnale Tinnitus descending cascading sweeping masking noise and I sleep peacefully for 6 to 7 hours a day. I am expecting my tinnitus to go away after my 12th session of neurofeedback therapy.

I've had tinnitus for many years...I'm a musician and I had to stop doing the things I love for a moment in my life. The first years were very difficult for me... but when I decided to live and not let that damn thing take over my life, I felt much better... in fact, today being in a silent room scares me a little... . I always keep a fan or something like that to make some background noise...but not to mask my tinnitus, just because I can stand being in complete silence...now I'm back in the music game...I can play my guitar, use headphones, etc...of course I have to be careful to control exposure to very loud noises, but I can do everything I love again...good luck to you...I wish you the best possible recovery.

I haven't heard the silence for over 20 years. There isn't a day where I don't notice it. But often it does not stress me anymore. There are so many struggles in life which, once you've gotten used to the noises in your head - it took me a couple of years, with relapse -are much worse. After a while, and when life never gets better, you realise, or actually you can really understand, that it is the tiny little things that truly make you happy. Take care and practise relaxing as often as you can.

You know, I've been listening and reading through comments and it seems the things that help people have been supplements that cleanse and support the liver & kidneys! I know not having a gall bladder means very slow digestion but when i take a liver cleanse supplements that have purified bile salts .. usually ox bile, i don't notice ringing in the ears much. Perhaps Lymphatic draining will help some. Everything is connected, maybe these could be a good idea to help some.

I have fibromyalgia: the nervous system stuck on the "Flight or Fight" mode as a result of years of working as a Nurse in the ICU. Tinnitus appeared as part of that syndrome. When I become overly tired or stressed, the tinnitus escalates. When I get adequate sleep, eat well, drink 6 to 8 glasses of H2O & exercise for 30 minutes/day, I stay balanced, and the Fibro diminishes. So does the tinnitus, to the point that I don't even hear it. Thank you for this sound healing. After listening for 30 minutes daily, it helps so much!😂

I'm with eddoris & here's how I ( a recently retired performing musician / vocalist and songwriter ) reversed my absolute angst with the constant and somewhat loud ringing in my ears: I simply pretended a team of doctors approached me saying, " We know you have been deaf all your life but we're offering you a chance to be able to hear everything however there IS one caveat ... you will have a constant ringing in your ears."
What would you like to choose ... to remain totally deaf or a chance to hear everything with the constant ringing in your ears?
Of course I reply with a resounding, "Oh PLEASE allow me to hear!"
I would be so thankful and grateful that I wouldn't give 2 hoots about the constant ringing and this is the way I did a 1-80 as far as the ringing bothering me, & it has not done so since I posed this theoretical question to myself a few years back.

I worked with a doctor who specialized in helping people by discovering their hidden allergies and people give up those foods. Then a natural detox takes place and one needs to drink a lot of herb teas to flush out the system. Also, test for heavy metals, people carry those toxins and don't know it. Then do heavy metal detox protocl. Probiotics help the gut flora which is 80% of the immune system. There are solutions, seek out holistic practitioners.

I live with that for 40 years, i dont have problem with those white noise, they don't decrease nor bother my hearing ability, i can hear what most people can not hear. Those sound relaxe and comfort me in many challenging situation and guiding me to sleep well, guiding me to my intuition, guiding me to past life vision and future vision, guiding me and safe me in many harmful situation. Of all the comments this one was more like me than the others. That is my birthday for one, and i had sudden hearing loss in my left ear in 2016 and then my right ear in 2017 with tinnitus in both. The ear specialist just shrugged his shoulders when i asked him what caused it. Some say it is the G of mobile phones etc? 3G, 4G, 5G etc and more and more people are getting this as time goes along? Sign up to Arthur Firstenberg's newsletters for more info about this and just what it is doing to, well everything. Birds are falling from trees dead etc. It really needs to be stopped. We all got on fine with landlines. This will take out an entire generation eventually, maybe when we are at 6 or 7G? They know what is happening and are now ignoring it. Very good article on Children's Health Defense last week about this. Their ONLY job is to look after us, instead they pander to big businesses. They just don't want to tackle this problem but ignoring it won't make it go away. I feel sorry for the younger kids.

Tinnitus is a high pitched ringing or hissing with a high pitch. Not sure about your random “one day I woke up with a vibration in my ear, and after listening to this-it went away.” Maybe you had earwax. Maybe you had something other than tinnitus. But let’s hit pause on the testimonials that might not really be from actual tinnitus sufferers claiming that this video cured it. There’s no cure. Go back to church.

I believe tinnitus is a form of anxiety. The brain is trying to warn you, so talk the brain into a calm state! Also, check for deficiencies caused through diet and stress for eg B12 deficiency. Also, check for hormonal imbalances and allergies inc food allergies. Finally, get checked for eustation tube dysfunction or simply wax. If it’s not ‘physical’, then it’s defo anxiety! Take up meditation and change how you view it!🙏

You have to tailor the volume so that one doesn't over lap the other, layer the sound and adjust it to your T. Just as we are all differerent what works for one person may not for another. You have to experiment until you find the right frequency. Limit your time ( 30mins , max 2 hours)to as listening too long may heighten your T

    • @srkorben6563
      @srkorben6563 Před 11 měsíci +7

Tinnitus is a condition characterized by the perception of a constant sound in the ears, such as buzzing or ringing, in the absence of an external sound source. While the exact cause of tinnitus is not fully understood, it is believed to be related to changes in the auditory pathways and neuronal activity in the central auditory system.
Sound stimulation therapy at 40 Hz has been proposed as an approach to treating tinnitus. It has been observed that stimulation at this frequency can help reduce tinnitus symptoms in some patients. However, it is important to note that research in this area is still ongoing, and the exact mechanisms are not fully clear.
Several theories have been proposed regarding why stimulation at 40 Hz could have a beneficial effect on tinnitus. One theory is the neuronal plasticity theory. It has been suggested that 40 Hz stimulation could modulate neuronal plasticity in the central auditory system, meaning it may help reorganize the neural connections related to tinnitus and reduce the perception of abnormal sound.
Another theory is based on neuronal synchronization. It has been observed that neuronal activity in the brain can synchronize at certain frequencies, and it has been suggested that 40 Hz stimulation could help restore abnormal neuronal synchronization associated with tinnitus, resulting in a reduction of symptoms.
It is important to note that the response to treatment can vary from patient to patient, and not all patients with tinnitus will experience significant improvement with 40 Hz stimulation. Additionally, sound stimulation therapy at 40 Hz should be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional and as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.
In summary, while sound stimulation therapy at 40 Hz has shown some promising results in the treatment of tinnitus, the exact mechanisms are still not fully understood. However, providing a scientific explanation to your patients about the potential benefits of this therapy can help foster their interest and understanding of this treatment approach. @nawabulhaque9087

can you hear tinnitus when you are asleep? I think of it as the sound of the blood flushing through my head and figure I must still be alive if I can hear it!

for this to work for tinnitus you need to have a doctor identify the frequency. not all tinnitus is at the 40hz freq. also i have learned that high blood pressure makes it much worse. after getting on blood pressure medicine my tennitis has almost disappeared. you need to get the pressure down to 120/80. fitness is a much better option.

Changing one's diet along with finding peacefulness within will harmonise your blood pressure with more gentleness than medication.

No one mentioned all tinnitus is 40hz. The brain works in 40hz.
