I remember the first time I drove in Paris coming from Germany. Pre-smart phone days. Nervous as hell, but the Eiffel tower was my guide.
Same for me, came to Paris few months ago, even today with smart phone Eiffel is a guide! For now I'm using public transport! Greetings!

Cela fait 35 ans que je roule à Paris, je suis dépanneur, ces images sont mon quotidien et, j'ai l'impression de les revivre . Effectivement c'est une ville agréable, à taille humaine, ont fait souvent des rencontres dans mon métier. Des artistes de cinéma, des chanteurs célèbres, le monde de la noblesse, des hommes politique et des intellectuelles. J'ai une préférence pour le quartier de Montmartre qui ressemble à un petit village.
Je suis belge et j adore monmartre, j y retourne chaque année 😉🇧🇪
On dirait un quartier tiers-mondiste, la saleté est le mot qui nous vient à l'esprit ensuite les incivilités

The first and only time I've been to Pairs (so far!) was back in February of 2020. Things were starting to slow down, so it's nice to see people out and about, even despite the rain. I loved walking the streets here so much, it's an incredibly beautiful city. Thanks for this relaxing drive, I'll be replaying it on those nights I have trouble sleeping!

Большой, достаточно чистый, красивый город, много деревьев и машин, но мало людей, то ли от дождя, то ли вообще. А так обычный город где живёт много разного народу и каждый занят своим делом.

Never have had a chance to visit Paris or London, but someday hope to. But Paris by far looks like a way nicer city, I was kinda shocked by how hideous London’s streets and homes/buildings look. Very weathered and tattered. Of course I know this through watching various tv shows, documentaries and drive along videos like this, so perhaps the real thing is different. But from what I see here, Paris has a charm like no other city.
Depends in which district you go, Paris has the same pros and cons of any big city, don't idealize it like in Emily in Paris but it sure has many lovely districts and it is a very beautiful city. Same for London.
I hope you'll have a nice trip there one day ! And keep in mind that Paris people are usually grumpy 😂😂
@@tartopom2669 Correct! Since 1969 I have been to London many times. I love this city for many reasons and my daughter works there. However, London, apart from its palaces, its museums and certain monuments, isn't a city whose architecture is remarkable, harmonious as a whole. It's not a "pretty" town but a vibrant and exciting city.
I am glad to see this new post and to experience something from the other side of the world!
