I don't think any of these types of YT channels say anything about this but it's crucial when thinking about moving to the Houston area. You just have to research the address of the community on your own. If I see a creek or river nearby...it's an nope for me. Especially in the areas these guys cover. Who wants to deal with a flooded home in the first few years?

Love the videos please show some homes on estate lots 3-5 acres, gated community, and most important 55 plus -No rich people want the noise of the kids, and want to be at least 300 ft away from each other- needs a view, treed, not that scrub Jack pine, I am a retired builder, I call those trees home Reckers, they crush roofs any big breeze ,I know it's got to be Rare -Texas is mostly flat and ugly land, need rolling acreage, where you don't see neighbors unless you drive by them , Thanks

There are a few new construction communities that have something like that...the acreage anyways. To get a 55+ community you'll probably be rolling the dice with an HOA that could be ok or could be like living in Nazi Germany. If you have the money, buy land and get a customer home built.

I really enjoy your videos, but i notice you guys kinda hang out in north Houston. Is there anyway you guys can visit some communities that are in south Houston?
