You can get more for your money outside of Dallas in regards to acreage and price per sqft. This home sold for more than $10,000,000! Are you looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate?
One of the most expensive in that neighborhood - many homes on the same block/across the street are nicer and for SIGNIFICANTLY less (still in the millions).
