I know a guy with a 1352cc Kawasaki. He passes cops @140 mph on purpose, at least 30-0 cops over the last 2 years. This rider was just speeding and filtering at the beginning, didn't even know the cops were after him, but not skilled or daring enough to go fast enough to get away.

Atl native and rider. A 1000cc can do ~180, 600cc 160max, but it can’t do that the entire time. From experience, it’s difficult to maintain more than 150 on the stretch of I-20 starting @7:11. Traffic, the curves, hills, road debris, holes. That’s concrete road fellas. They repave those on a 10-20yr not 3-5yr interval like asphalt roads. A hole on a concrete road is not a divet, it’s a Fuckin’ HOLE. Nonetheless, you can see the bike pull away at several points. The bike’s top speed is ~30mph greater than the car, but bursts of 15, 20, 30mph difference for a few seconds does not create miles-long gaps. Plus, the car has two advantages, its lights/sirens and its brakes (3 if you count the radio and backup). That said, the playing field is tilted in favor of the bike. Even though he’s not the best rider, the bike probably would have out run the cops if he had a full tank. And that trooper didn’t give up, he got a flat tire. “Road debris”

You don't have to go off-road to find places with a few trees, traffic barriers, etc where you can go and they can't follow. Even in Atlanta, stay off the interstate and look for the no-follow zones.

Once you start running, you don't think about living or dying, just getting away. I ran all the time back in the day. Only time I got trouble was the first time, when I pulled over. Cops gotten so good now, that there's no way I'd run today.
A CBR 1k is speed limited at 186mph from factory, you can tune a bike and have that limiter removed. A 600 usually tops out around 160mph give or take depending rider weight and wind. But it's not so much about the top speed as it is the acceleration of these bikes. Use that acceleration, break line of sight and dip out. Usually takes less than a min to lose them. The longer you take the more resources they can call in. Even if they get your plate they can't do much as long as you don't admit guilt. Florida highway patrol showed up at a buddy's house. Apparently he ran earlier in the day and had his plate on the bike (not normal for him). He removed the plate when he got home, the cops asked to see the bike and he didn't argue, he opened his garage and they asked where the plate was. He told them it must of been stolen at the local bike night event the night before. They gave him a hard time but eventually left empty handed. License plate theft acutely happens fairly often around here as the thieves will steal a plate of a similar bike so they don't get stopped for not having a plate and if they do run it doesn't come back to them.
