Just watched this. Gorgeous build as always.
However, the fact that the master bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen seems quite inconvenient (unless I missed other connecting points indoors).
One suggestion is to create a pathway for the owner to get from the garage to the outside stairs leading to the balcony then to the master bedroom quarter. Then they will be able to get to their private space without going through other communal spaces inside the house.

i changed a bit to the house like the 1st bedroom to the first floor as a mini spa since my household is only one she needs only 1 masters bedroom which is at the 2nd floor and the 2nd bedroom into the first floor is the guest room

Starting to use CC in my game has been the worst thing I ever did. I wish I'd found all of these amazing builds beforehand, to show me that I didn't need CC. It's so hard to give it up :(

This is a very beautiful build with a great pallett and lots of skill, however, I find it logistically challenging. The placement of a lot of rooms doesn't make sense to me. It would make a lot more sense to have the common rooms like the kitchen and livingroom on the ground floor. I feel like half the time I play my sims would be walking the stairs. Also, by building it smarter, I feel like you could remove a whole floor.

How did you do the steps using foundation at the entrance of the house? Are they functional or just decorative? And about the gate, did you use walls or foundation to make pillars? Great video btw
They're functional, I've already played test,I have a tutorial about it, if you want you can watch ^^. The pillars I made from halfwall.
