I don't find a problem in the title "The world's simplest grammars are creole grammars". Simple does not mean limited or incomplete.

this is so interesting but still complex to me and I still did not get the meaning of creole. It's really difficult

I am not sure why simpler grammar should be seen as something bad (and thus hurtful). I think of english as being simpler than my language and it does not stop her from being worldwide used and nobody thinks that it is somehow crippled because it is simpler than some other languages, right?

Great and helpful summary of the different positions. There is some wiggliness with the use of the terms "pidgin" and "creole" in the literature that is maybe getting in the way a bit. Some are keen to adopt labels that have persisted in locales like calling what's spoken in Hawai'i "pidgin," but for Bickerton (1981), for example, that variety represents the quintessential example of a pidgin acquiring native speakers and is therefore a creole. So although people often refer to Hawaiian Pidgin, in most (though not all) linguistics literature calls the same variety Hawai'i Creole English. Likewise in West Africa the fact that there is Nigerian Pidgin and Sierra Leone Krio has to do with sociohistorical facts about people called Creoles in Sierra Leone but not Nigeria. Naija and Krio are different but not because Naija is not fully formed. I believe there are many people who speak it natively and also as a primary language although, of course, multilingualism is the usual state of things. Emeka Onwuegbuzia could better speak to that.
One wee addition: Sierra Leone Krio is tonal! --just like most of the other languages spoken in Sierra Leone (you can find a hearty list of citations on that in Yillah, M. Sorie and Chris Corcoran. 2007. Krio (Creole English). In Comparative Creole syntax: Parallel outlines of eighteen Creole grammars. Westminster Creolistics Series 7, eds. John Holm and Peter L Patrick, 175-98. London: Battlebridge Publications.
