Setting Up The Fast Pitch Coleman Carlsbad 8-Person Dark Room Tent - How Easy Is It? || 2022-90

Fall is here and that means camping for the Hoag's, so we headed up to our favorite campground in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Elkmont Campground, and tried our new "fast pitch" Coleman Carlsbad 8-Person Dark Room Tent to see how easy it really is to setup.
Didn't setup as quickly as I thought it would but now that we know how it goes, it should be a very quick setup the next time around. Overall great tent and we're really happy with the upgrade.

I have the 4 person version of that tent and I love it. I can set up and take it down myself in 5 min. It is easy to fold back up and always fits in the bag. I hope you guys had fun:)

Nice vid. At 23:15 it looks like you have massive holes in your rain fly. Is that really the case? How tall are you? I just bought this tent and am 6' 3". I'm wondering about standing in it. Thx for posting

I'm waiting on the exact same tent, my 4 man isnt cutting it anymore .I just hope it isn't too large with fitting it on campsites without designated tent spots. I definitely couldnt find the 8 person for $75 as someone replied
