Never in my life did i expect PD to fumble this hard with such a clear cut case.... they will have 15 officers for a drug sale call, but cant put together a coherent report for a guaranteed slam dunk attempted murder case that was basically witnessed by multiple officers....

I love Ruby as much as the next person but she sure is air headed sometimes missing very simple things. Like one time she was having a phone call with Max about when cops can enter the prison or not. He said to her they can only go in for warrants and if a pursuit goes inside the prison, she hangs up walks out the room she is in and immediately tells her officers that they cannot go in if someone just has a warrant.

Ruby is lucky Tessa hasn’t done anything yet. She’s a nice lady I like her but she’s not a good leader.
They have 4-5 people playing in those reports at a time and handing them off like hot potatoes. Not surprised.
