It's a 2 stroke engine, the oil is mixed with the gasoline and burned in the engine as it lubricates it.. why the oily plug, it's normal, to a degree.. should be a nice light brown color..imo.. are you mixing it at 50 to 1 ? IE. 100 ml oil to 5 liters of gas?
