This is one of the best live versions Everlast has done, of just an amazing song. Love it! I think the challenge he had playing live over the recorded version, was that whatever they did with his vocals in the studio gave it this incredible smooth sound that you really can't recreate without whatever effects they were using. Not that he doesn't have a great voice. But that vocal sound was so unique and distinct to his songs, that about one line in to an Everlast song you never heard before, you knew it was Everlast. It was like a weird layering effect. But he nails it perfect here singing it with some gravel.
