I absolutely LOVE your earlier videos!!💖 That's when I first found your videos and fell in love with your enthusiasm and total Joy in all the things you find. So many firsts: doll's eye, whole Cod Bottle, Poison Bottle, German marble, terracotta pipe, Czech Cracker charm and then the second and third. Your excitement was palpable! Actually, I almost enjoy the older videos more than the newer ones. I thought your cinematography was beautiful and the music you added made it fun and relaxing to watch. I will rewatch this one many times. After I first discovered your videos, I went about trying to find ALL of your videos, even going so far as to write them down chronologically to watch them in order. I was very disappointed when you said that you'd gotten rid of the earlier ones. Whereas you may have been embarrassed by what you saw as mistakes and inexperience, I saw charm and freshness. I get that it is impossible to retain the excitement after your 100th Cod Marble, or your billionth poison bottle, or another colorful China sherd, and there might just not be as many "firsts" to find, or even places where and things to find mudlarking. But for those of us for whom mudlarking antiques is just a dream, seeing you do it is my vicarious joy! If it were possible to reintroduce all of your older videos, I bet you would have many more subscribers. Thank you for all of your work and creativity!! ❤💜💖
💔This great video was watched with tears dripping down my face. I am very ill today and I am old and have lost most of my eyesight do to Glechoma, but I can shut my eyes and i can see you💓 I remember every find I believe.

I miss these exciting finds where your joy was the best thing. It's inevitable that all mudlarks have become less enthusiastic because they've been there, done that. I realize it's normal, inevitable. But I miss it.
Thank you for the wonderful trip down memory lane. ☺❤ I remembered so much from those old Apple Dump videos. Also how heartbroken you both were when you saw how everything was being destroyed. 😢 I felt it from all the way over here in Sweden, not just your hurt and sadness, but also the pain of the tree's, birds and other animals. I'm an empath and have major problems at times, when dealing with others emotions, be it human, animal or nature. Always cherish the memories of yesteryear, as they are things that can never be taken away from you.
So fun to see the "younger" versions of you both and how your pure joy, excitement and spontaneous reactions, squeals and all, have not changed. Those are some of the things that many of us absolutely love about you both. It's a breath of fresh air in a crazy world just being able to follow along on your at times, magical adventures.

The Robin makes me think of The Secret Garden where the robin shows Mary the entrance. It's a shame all those lovely apple trees and your bottle dump is gone but hopefully you found the best treasures that were there.

Oh I remember these videos, they got me through being bed bound 🥰. I cried when they cut down the orchard and cried again when you found all those treasures and laughed at them too. Oh the memories, The beautiful treasures you found, where has the time gone? I absolutely loved this video, the tears shed when they destroyed the apple orchard, it was so dreadful and sad. I was born in South Elmsall. No 12 exchange Street. I had a lovely mam and dad who worked down frickley colliery from the age of 15. My 2 sister's helped me. 1 of my lovely sister's as diad. But my uther sister lives in Bridlington. I now live at pontefract with my wife and son. I have 2 sons and 1 daughter. We love the all deeply. Why can't everyone be good and kind to each uther. It's like the good the bad and the ugly in Britain now..love and peace ✌ to all who want peace..❤❤❤

The trees 💔 I feel like it’s impossible to explain to people who can’t understand, but I absolutely do. I was tearing up as soon as Kate was, no matter that you were able to return, the trees weren’t. It was difficult hearing the chainsaws in the distance. 😭
I wept for days after a neighbor cut down a tree next to our property, it was massive and probably 100 years old, and I loved it dearly. It was easily the biggest tree in our neighborhood.
