Prelims -150(110 law 20 gk (current static and mp special ) and english 10 and computer 10)
Prelims
- bare act based 80 percent(thorough reading from 1 to end)
- recent judgement diary (2 to 3 years)
- landmark and recent both are asked in paper
- enactment and enforcement dates
- solve objective questions as soon as u finish topic subject
- recent and old important ammendment
- mp hjs papers can be looked as well
MAINS
- 4 paper 100 marks each(PAPER 1 AND 3 LAW
- PAPER 2 LANGUAGE, PAPER 4 JUDGEMENT WRITING
- notes are important here can make your own
- solve atleast 10 previous year papers
- mp j hjs papers can be looked in as well
- practice is important because u need to write 6 hours in a day
- ANSWER WRITING
- uniformity in paper
- introduction body conclusion
- underline ,give heading , to the points what has been asked
- get answers reviewed
LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATION (paper 3)
-contains essay writing, translation and summarisation
-ESSAY ( no word limit prescribed but 500 words enough)
-sources (books like 151 essays ,these give a general idea)
-dristi ias has lot of essays on almost each topic so pointers could be prepared from it
-prepare atleast quotations
-LEGAL ESSAYS
-normally constitution based, recent legal development
-TRANSLATION
-30 marks (15- 15 each)
-build vocabulary by making notes on words each day and revising them
-saral sabdavali pdf can be googled
-ASAP EDU KI BOOK
-previos year paper ki practice as questions are and can be repeated
-pooja publication practice sets book
SUMMARISATION
- 20 marks ka aata hai
- past year would be sufficient
PAPER 4 JUDGEMENT WRITING
-kk Bhardwaj has 20 civil judgement and 20 criminal judgement
-practice a lot because it teaches time management and many people suffer with it
INTERVIEW STAGE
- personality based questions( state college city positive traits and negative traits)
- legal based questions
- opinion based questions from recent controversy
- today's newspaper
- practical questions
- interview 50 marks (minimum 20 qualifying)
LEARNINGS
- set the goal that u have to clear judicial service
- continuous revision is important key to crack any exam
- consistent efforts
- hardwork pays off.
