+Ryan Kurczak +Ernst Wilhelm Thank you both for such an excellent video! I really appreciated the bit about the Earth having 27 deities to represent it! The nakshatras grow what is placed in them and I have always felt that where the Rasis are the Unconscious limbs of Vishnu, the Planets Incarnations of Vishnu, that the Nakshatras are the powers give to us on Earth with which to grow our relationship with Vishnu. They are the aspects of our inherent divinity. The more we align with them, the more aligned with our Divine Nature we become. Thank you for that statement!

This video is another masterpiece from the master, just like there are plenty of ayanamshas to choose from which works for one better, it reminds of several dashas applicable to a particular chart apart from the vimshottari dasha

Very interesting! Every person I've read for had the 6 of Spades for that day or week, and prominent in the year. It told me I was meant to read for them. So many interesting things you said about astrology and readings for people. I usually hear my future from a voice that speaks to me. A woman, and of course I argue with her, because her predictions sound crazy! But she's never been wrong yet. I haven't failed in any reading, but I get very nervous about them. I tell my clients they can come back and get their money, but they never have. I never remember the readings, I just get in a zone--a combination of the cards and my intuition kicks in. Thank you. Great interview, and very funny too!

One of the finest mind in Astrology. I have used every Ayanamsa under the sun, nothing works. It was so frustrating. I always thought, its all about intuition, astrology doesn't work because there is no logic, all there is some vague techniques.
But this guy, Ernest is the finest. I used his calculation method, saw few charts, and mind was blown.
First time in last 15 years, I started to believe, astrology works. Thank you.

I'm super appreciative of the open mindedness of this conversation. That being said, the path of the Moon is Ecliptic(ish), not Equatorial. The mean path of the Moon (the ecliptic) is divided into 27 or into 27.3 mansions because Moon 'circles' the Ecliptic in 27.3 days (Sidereal month). Moon's equatorial dance is not 27.3 days, but rather about 24 hours (Earth's spin). Really, consecutive Moon rises are separated by about 25 hours because Moon moves eastward along the Ecliptic by about 13 ⅓ degrees per day. It's hard to understand why the Nakshatras would be taken away from the Moon's path.

I live in southern Mexico and have spent some time with people working with the Maya calendar Cholquij, still very much in use in Guatemala. They count with 20 energies, each fore very day similar to the nakshatras, each with a number from 1 to 13, it forms a calendar of 290 days, similar to the day for the maiz to grow or the growth of a child in it´s mother´s womb. They relate the numer 20 to the numbers of our toes and fingers and 13 to the number of divisions in the body from the fingers and the all way down to the toes. Just saying.

At 21:28 yep, thank you for this video and the previous (ayanamşa) video. These have been the most profound videos I've come across. ^_^ When I started years ago and contrasted Lahiri and KP. I found KP more ideal. It didn't just look right, but "felt" more right.
But with the whole Ayanamşa video I've been going through (and still are) with all family members and some infamous people (Kennedy's, Churchill, GW Bush, et al.) and are finding Ayanamşa closer to 22º is more revealing to psyche, and definitely to the dashas. The only thing that puts me off with these Ayanamşa is one was proposed by KN Rao, and others dispute BV Raman's. I'll keep testing these until something breaks, or goes awry. :) And that moment of saying that if it is working for you, then don't worry - because that's my biggest issue.
Unequal nakşatras would be interesting to see, Surely it would alter the size of padas in the Nakşatras?

I believe, that we are living myth, and we need to continue to study people. This is how the Rishis gathered the information that they managed to gather. We need to correlate the math and study the psychology of the people. When both match up? We can kick some serious ass. Thank you for this wonder video Ryan and Ernst.

So do we need an Ayanamsa that constantly changes but is fixed in some aspects? And what about the seasonal region someone's in? do you believe that has something to do with it?

Vector numbers are cool as well
    124 anchored by 3
    578 anchored by 6
369 is the trinity behind 124 and 578
    Search it on CZcams
Gary lite CZcams user has 2 videos on it , if you can get passed the tone in his narration, it’s pretty cool stuff .

You have mentioned one ideology that the length of the Nakshatra degree is as per the duration of the Dasha. Occupation of a place is different from how long it is being occupied. Sun, Moon, Planets all occupy a particular space but the duration could vary. A particular Nakshatra is from x to y degree ruled by a particular planet etc, whatever the size may be and if any planet comes in that region within it gets the influence of that lord. Would that be right.

Can some astrologer touch the subject of south hemisphere? If we divide the sky in signs and the stars are not important, then seasons become important. Constellations in south hemisphere are like 180° upside down, so are seasons different. If we too it seriously the year in south hemisphere (solar year) would start in around june 21. Before europeans invaded the south, for example maori would celebrate new year in those dates. Would make sense to adjust the signs and nakshatras in relationship to the local place?

Not that my opinion holds any weight in particular.. but i happen to think that the stars and the nakshatras are linked and the stars do emit energy just like the planets do.

Vimshottari Dasha looks a lot like an ancient system of time lords that was used all the way from the primordials of Hellenistic astrology to Renaissance astrology called decennials. First, you see if you have a day chart or a night chart. Then, the planet that starts the time lord sequence is either the sun for day charts, or the moon for night charts. Finally, you pick that sect light and the sequence of planets in the time lord system starts with that luminary and goes to the next planet in zodiacal order (so it's VERY personalized for your birth chart and the sequence of your OWN planets in it). And the periods of the planets are actually based on the years of the planets (their sequence around the sun) and not some arbitrary number like in the Vimshottari. The periods of the planets also add up to 120 years in this ancient system. I think this is the missing link to Vimshottari. Could Vimshottari be just an error? Or an adaptation of the original system to fit the Nakshatras and rahu and ketu? Lunar Mansions in Western or ancient systems are not used, astrologers used them for elections or magic. They show up around the middle ages in western astrology because they were brought and imported from southeast Asian astrology systems, they are not actually part of the original scheme. In the west rahu and ketu also don't rule any Nakshatras, only the 7 traditional planets do!

49:33 Let us not underestimate the old astrologers that preserved the epistemological treasures of astrology like BPHS and kept the torch of astrological wisdom alive while other cultures' astrologies were lost. We see today how Indian kids can calculate large arithmetic problems using only their fingers. Maybe not 60 years ago, but It is not too hard to imagine astrologers of old doing Vargas easily with their minds.
