1. Do you really want a Dominican Republic passport? It´s one of the worst you can get, can´t travel anywhere with it, other than to a handful of South American countries.
2. As for Peru and Argentina, what you see in paper IS NOT what you´ll find in practice. Give me just one example of some one who actually did acquired any of these citizenshps in a two year time frame. The fact is that there aren´t, not even by marriage. The process is very painstaking, even for granting residence. Peru has seen tons of immigration in the last decade, so residence and naturatisation have become increasingly difficult there and in practice, very lengthy processes. It can last up to six or seven years, risking deportation and confiscation of any assests if you happen to miss any deadline throughout the process.

Super cool, I am still waiting for my two other locations to complete my time and then try again in DR. There was so much BS the last time trying to get the paperwork and people asking for hand outs there, but it is definitely worth hiring a consultant and lawyer for the DR. Good video!

Which of these three would offer the quickest turnaround after application? I saw another video in which you mentioned Argentina taking up to several years after application, and I read a report of a guy in Peru who is still waiting after five years!
What you say is true in both cases. In practice, it takes many, many years to actually get citizenship in any of these two countries (Peru and Argentina). The process is very painstaking and I´ve heard of people that even got deported from Peru during the wait time just because they missed some deadline.
I’m more concerned with the access a passport gives vs how pretty it is.

For the Dominican Republic from Canada do I need to start the process from the Toronto consulate I just read the requirement. Only for retired people not like Mexico anyone who can prove their income can apply. Can you tell me if can i apply if I am not retired yet? One example is that socialism and communism is considered left-wing in Western societies, but is considered a far right ideology by many eastern societies.
This is further complicated because political ideology is on a spectrum - something that is far right for one person may be considered centrist or leftist by someone from another society.

Swedish socialism is left-wing, Soviet socialism since Khruschev was left-wing, while Soviet socialism under Stalin was a totalitarian regime, so as National socialism in the Third Reich. Totalitarian regimes are not either left or right since they do not match anything in the French Parliament. The best way to describe them is to add another axis such as in the Nolan chart.
"Communism" as described by Marx is, indeed, far left. However, it's only a theoretical model since it was never implemented in a society larger than a single monastery or tribe.
I cannot think of any variety of socialism or communism that is right or far right. On the contrary, typical right and far right ideologies such as Pinochet's regime are anti-socialist and anti-communist.

The smart option would be apply through an immigration attorney local to where you’re planning on moving to. If you don’t have anywhere picked out just yet, stick with Buenos Aires (capital, not province).
You can always try to do the process yourself, but Argentine bureaucracy is a labyrinthian system. It helps to have an attorney who knows how to work the system.
