The castor oil should be pure, cold pressed, organic, hexane free and come in a dark glass bottle. It is very useful.

Really interesting and entertaining vlog. Just something to ponder: my daughter lived in a flat with a veranda and put out some bird food. The people in the flat downstairs objected as they said their own balcony underneath was getting covered in bird poo. I think you would miss having your own patch of garden.

I love our new Hanningtons Lanes, I remember the old family store , very Grace Brothers from 'Are you being served'.
Rumour has it if you get your cataracts done privately they use superior quality lenses. My other half had both his eyes done - very happy with the result - he got impatient waiting for the NHS! I feel the same way about castor oil - just too oily for me.
The lenses they put in your eyes privately ate your exact prescription- so varifocals if you need this. The NHS just put in single vidion lenses so you can see at a distance. You’ll still need reading and computer glasses.
@maxinedyer8368 It seems eyecare is like dentistry - more options if you can go private.

Hello dear Suzi! Yes we love the new lippy. A great little tour & I bet some of those students would enjoy your vlog. What a great haircut and your colorist is correct as your color is fabulous; there are people paying a lot to have your color. Your clothies were fun as I love your green pants & the dress you wore I think to the Ivy. How fun to lay down on the floor, i would've had to get help to get ul 😂. I think you may have shown us that restaurant before unless I imagined it. Dalia is a hoot (Old lady American term). Just love you girls out together. So much fun!! She's a great dresser too. Only 1 butterfly 🦋 is disappointing.
I do love birds so hopefully you'll have a terrace where can have some plants to attract birds add a bird feeder & they'll find you. I'm excited to see your new home search. Thank you John for your editing. I had cataract surgery & my right eye is great the left i have retinal damage. I do need glasses to read & better in the daylight (obvious by all my typos). But I can see so much better though left eye needs prayer as say no fix. Oh I love the new frame for your beautiful Jack picture. It's heartwarming. Have a wonderful week. Hugs 🤗 ❤.
Oh I forgot I used castor oil to help grow back my eyebrows well part of them after treatment lost lashes, brows & hair on my legs which I'm very happy about. Good stuff.

Hi Suzi, I came from Lucy's channel ❤ love your personality the way you see life and just you as a person! I'm 56 but don't act or see myself as being 56. My mum who is 87 has always been outgoing no matter what her year is. In fact she turns her age back to front so she's now 78 😂😂 as the saying goes age is just a number. ❤🇬🇧🥂

So sorry to hear about Michael Mosley. What a loss.
I suffer from Blepharitis, which besides being annoying and disfiguring, has caused a large amount of my top lashes and 99 % of my lower lashes to fall out. I started using castor oil on my eyelids and massage it around my lash line and 6 months on, my top lashes has grown in a lot and I now have about ten lashes on each lower lid. Also the Blepharitis has not come back.
Sorry you are having such a hard time with your eyes. I do hope you get it sorted soon. Thank you for the video.

Re your eyes I had both my cataracts done 2 years ago on the NHS and actually only had a 4 month wait which went very fast. I would get your optician to refer asap and then if it is taking too long go down the private route but get on the NHS list asap😊
Thank you so much Mimi, I haven’t lost any weight according to the scales but I have done Pilates, weights and walked 10k steps a day as much as poss so hoping it’s muscle! The consultant can refer me to the NHS but he can do me in 5 weeks, he could have done it next week but I can’t go because of house things as selling, and I really want to do it while I’m not working or moving house! Imagine if the NHS calls me on a random day and I can’t go because I’m moving, or something similar. I will enquire though as I have a cousin working at the eye hospital. Thanks x

I’ve had several eye problems including cataracts in both eyes. I feel I need to tell you, they take away your natural lense & put in a plastic replacement lense. After the procedure & that eye settles down, your prescription for that eye doesn’t change again as it’s the lense they just put in. I’m sure your Specialist will explain further. My main point is that if you have one eye done, your script in that eye should stay the same & if you have both done, your glasses scripts then remain the same. It is a good thing as your then any of your new prescription glasses always can be worn. As far as I understand.
It is true that your eyesight will simply seem brighter & no huge improvements. That is how I found it.
The other thing is often a further laser adjustment is needed if the pocket the lense sits in thickens. This is a simple procedure if you ever require it.
So cataract surgery can mean a savings on new glasses if you have both eyes done because then the prescription stays static.
I hope you can understand what I’m trying to say. Good luck with whatever you choose 👍🏻👀

My mother used to give us a tablespoon of castor oil every morning (my god it tasted awful) when we were children. We all grew very tall and my mom (who was short) always said it was because of the castor oil 😂

Almond or advacado oil darling . I was fed up with spending ridiculous amounts of money on creams and found these oils so much better. I do have very dry skin and fair . Your skin is lovely. Love the dress ❤
Oh!! Castor oil. So true what u said about it 💯 But my God is so yucky to use on skin, personally can’t do it. Much too oily.
I add a few drops of castor oil to my serum.
you carry that Anna Wintour look rather well with your new hair and white dress. So chic!
and castor oil with wool is a remedy we all had to go through when we were kids. Castor oil is occasionally used to relieve constipation as well. Wonderful oil.

Great vlog, with the beautiful places you and your friend visited and enjoyed. Hope your procedure for your eye and new prescription help you soon! I mix a few drops of Frankincense to 3 drops of Castor oil in my hand then dab on my face, the rest I rub on my neck and backs of hands. Then use some night moisturizer to massage on face and go to bed. In the morning it's not tacky at all, I have dry skin and it feels so nice when I wake up!

With regard to castor oil, I bought some from Holland and Barrett as someone said it helps hair growth and I wanted to use it for my eyebrows but the lady in the health shop advised me that it was not for internal consumption. Just thought I would mention this. It is organic, hexane free in a dark bottle etc but as I didn't intend to take it internally I didn't enquire further.❤

I am having a second cataract surgery in a few weeks. A dr misdiagnosed me a few years ago so it will be a bit tricky. Good luck to us both.

Oh I roared when the man in Lycra entered, you couldn’t have planned it😂. Then outside the museum you were scanning the scene and said ‘there’s Dahlia very old (short pause) buildings 😂😂 . Then apparently there was a lady doing flamingo😂😂. The price you’ve got for your eye op is better than my price for my eye op, get it done sooner than later and then it will be all sorted for the big move. I agree these hospitals have got really busy but at least it frees up the nhs appointments. Great vlog. ❤

Cats keep coming into my garden since Jack went, really annoyed. They should have bells round their necks like they have to in Australia! I found a broken egg shell this morning on the decking.
