Hello guys so some fun tips about dermalogica ! (I used to work for the brand) so this product can be used daily!! The less water you add the more exfoliant ! The more water the less exfoliant !! also doubles as a face wash if you rub it in your hands or in the spa we mix it in a cup with a brush until it foams !!
@lAsting life I agree but I feel like it depends on the persons skin type and if they can handle it on a daily bases cuz I’ve also heard that it’s gentle on the skin 😊
Every time I search up a comparison video, one of your videos are there and I watched a couple and I’m actually loving it! You get right to the point and you also show us the product on your skin and I love that rather than you just only talking about it.
I’ve really been wanting a comparison video of these products before I purchase this weekend. Thanks for this ! The packaging of Tatcha is just so alluring
These products are exfoliants to be used after cleansing. Also, you must wet your face and hands before using. Put the powder in wet hands and add some more water so the product is not so stiff. The amount of water used activates the products properly. If you do not have enough water, you will not get the intended results. You want to massage it in for about 30 seconds and it should look a bit more frothy. The ya had deep is for oily skin and is the most potent, as it has more papaya extract which gives more of a chemical exfoliating proper than the other formulas. The sensitive does not contain any papaya extract, while all the others have varying degrees of the extract.
Karen Babby I’m glad to see this. I watched that Vogue video of Doja Cat doing her skincare routine and was wondering why she did a cleaner before she did the tatcha polish. I was thinking of just doing the polish. I’ll look into it more now. :)
So I currently use dermalogical but was interested in the other one an I came across this comparison video. Thank you for the comparison I do like dermalogica just wanted to know how it held up to others .
Hey girl. omg thabk you for this video. i tried tatcha when it first came out and it broke me out. i am excited to try Dermalogica because with the the samples kit it is amazing results coming onto my skin. This video did its rule out on both brand. thanks hun
Looking at the comments wondering why ppl need to bring negative energy to the video...BUT this video helped me make my choice. We all have diff skin!!
I've used the dermalogica one since 96 I believe or maybe it was 98. Yeah it could have been 1998. And to be honest with you I caught it from my esthetician. And she gave me enough that actually lasted me for 3 years. She gave me a little empty container a bag of it and a little spoon. I haven't been without the dermalogica one ever. And if I do run out and forget oh my gosh my skin is like where is it?
Thanks for the video. I have use the Dermalogica and Tatcha classic rice polish (the white packaging). The Dermalogica broke me out. Tatcha is working for me. I gave my Dermalogica system to my niece and she looks amazing. So it just really depends.
Some Korean brands are really good for a lot less. Kanebo Suisai powder cleanser is really good from all the reviews I’ve seen. Comes in little premeasured pods & you foam it up in your hands like the others. eBay has vendors who sell that one. Also, I don’t think you are adding enough water. It should really foam up in your hands first before you apply it.😉
Also girl your little song in the beginning. So cute you had me shimmy'in. Okay we're only 3 minutes and 22 seconds in. I just wanted to check out and see if the tattoo one would do a little bit better. But to be honest with you I'm one of those people that likes less in my products. It gives a much better effect. And I've been using it so long. Maybe I shouldn't try the tatcha. Okay I'll finish the review. I'm so sorry you might like it more. All right we're going on.
The Tatcha product has a pH of fucking 9. That's over 100 times too alkaline for the skin (the ideal pH for a cleanser is 5.5, and the pH scale is logarithmic.) Learn how to formulate skincare, Tatcha.. PASS!! 🤢
I have extremely dry, sensitive skin and I suffer from eczema and Tatcha is the only saving grace. Everyone’s skin is different and everyone reacts differently and has different needs. Needless to say, i LOVE your reviews!
Ever since I added 1st) Dermalogica to my skin care. The mask exfoliates beautifully, I have been totally 😳 shocked with my results! I even have sensitive skin and no problems so far. So I try to be careful and only use it every other day, I let the mask dry out 3mins and then use a TINY amount of warm water literally a drop on my finger tips to wet the mask and focus the fibers on exfoliate around my problem areas. I do it in the shower so I can be messy all down my neck ect.... (Then I rinse it off #NO Face CLOTH just fingers.... 2nd) Right after I use ** Neutrogena oil-free face wash the 🍊 orange one **** right after and I let that sit for a min JUST on problem areas only! and wash it off no scrubbing*** just rinse it’ll go every where as u rinse. you wanna do this right after the Dermatologica mask because pores are still open. Thats why i say use warm water I found out that the Neutrogena face wash is strong due to the Salicylic Acid witch cleans the pores overtime (I learned this from Dr.Drea on CZcams) rinse with cold water.. 3rd) Once done I use vitamin C with my booster and my skin is glowing. Vitamin C lightened my scars and helped heal my face. Really work it in. 4th) I don’t do this everyday on twice a wk and the rest of the wk i use a mild soap depending on how i feel and would use diff kinds of hydration mask.. 5th) When I’m working nursing so I would break out wearing the mask 😷 all day so I even rinse my face through the shift.... VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Just to make sure I don’t sit in sweat 💦 anymore and thats only one time then I pat dry only water and change your mask. You’ll see a big difference. 6) NO Makeup 💄 ur wearing a mask just do your eyes 👀 7th) No vitamin c No creams when wearing a mask because it’s rubbing into your pores with sweat i tried and i broke out im waiting to find the right cream ever since i stopped my face is CLEAR! 8) No Hair products, when you sweat it travels down Your forehead into your face. 9) Wash your pillow cases every wk! 10) use different towel for your face then hair. Your hair carries oils and you don't want your hair oils in your face 👎
Omg it's not that serious you don't have to watch if you don't like the way I speak... I am not for everyone on CZcams and that is ok.. There are ppl on here who do reviews like they have a talk show and I am sure you would love how they enunciate or pronunciate.. They maybe for you since I am not... Please go watch them since you have issues with my grammar

No exfoliant should be used daily.
@@lastinglife4357 I use the Daily Microfoliant daily for 3 1/2 years now and my skin is fine

Thanks for doing this comparison! I have the dermalogica, and I was wondering if if I should get Tatcha. I'll stick with dermalogica.
Dermalogical looks better plus it has salicylic acid which is good for pores.

It’s not really necessary to cleanse the skin since this rice powder are exfoliants and cleanser combine.
This is a great video! Thank you for comparing these products.
Shundara saying Dermalogical/Dermalogico instead of Dermalogica is giving me so much life 😂
I cannot stand it! lol
I noticed that I kinda cringe 😂
That's very logical...
Emilio Masi lol!
🤣🤣🤣
THank you! I really wanted to see the comparison of these two products! ^^
🤗🤗🤗 your welcome
So I currently use dermalogical but was interested in the other one an I came across this comparison video. Thank you for the comparison I do like dermalogica just wanted to know how it held up to others .

Looking at the comments wondering why ppl need to bring negative energy to the video...BUT this video helped me make my choice. We all have diff skin!!
Thank you. You are already beautiful!
This Video was FUN to watch!!
Do you have a video on lip lightening?
Girl I love your energy! Totally subscribed. 💕
I noticed right off the back the Dermalogica side look 10xs lighter ‼️ I’m so glad I ordered mine. I need a good cleaning. Thank you for this ❤️

Im still torn between which enzyme cleanser to use, but I’m convinced that I should purchase Tatcha. Thanks for reviewing this and the amorepacific.
I’ve tried all 3. To me tatcha just worked better for my skin. After a month or so my skin was just a better texture. It’s great after an oil cleanse
Great review 👏
Girl, I subscribed at the start of the shimy, before I even heard the review. Lol. Smiles!!!!!!!
Thanks for the video. I have use the Dermalogica and Tatcha classic rice polish (the white packaging). The Dermalogica broke me out. Tatcha is working for me. I gave my Dermalogica system to my niece and she looks amazing. So it just really depends.
What's your skin type? I have dry skin which is sensitive. I guess I should go with the Tatcha?
when you started your intro song, I immediately press the like button ❤️😂 great review
MyBrownSkinBarbie lol same! ♥️
Dermalogica side looks brighter. Nice teeth on your close up
I don't normally watch skincare videos but you had me at your shimmy song
Such detail... wow. Thank you! Amazing energy... gained a subscriber here😍

Tatcha is an enzyme based exfoliate...
So is dermalogica
you should try some of the biologique recherche (i think that’s right) products it’s a tad expensive but apparently really good
I seen the brand but the products are so hard to come by I am gonna try and get a few 🤗🤗
The derma did nothing for me but dry my skin I used it for 3 months hope it worked for you
Also girl your little song in the beginning. So cute you had me shimmy'in.

you have such a nice personality (after reading both of your comments)
Some of the fruit extracts in Dermalogica are actually skin irritants potentially, while Tatcha commits the sin of adding colours to products.
So what's the best exfoliator to use? I am genuinely curious

jess venner the Ordinary aha/bha peel 😊
em. Ates it’s ph is not 9 don’t spread false information.
the ph of it is 6 which is great
I have extremely dry, sensitive skin and I suffer from eczema and Tatcha is the only saving grace.
Everyone’s skin is different and everyone reacts differently and has different needs.
Needless to say, i LOVE your reviews!
Suppose to wash your face first before using. Supposed to put it in your hands, add water until it foams really well, and then put it on your face.
Your dermalogical side looks better
Wow. You look like Leah, LaGuardia Cross' wife.
Dermalogica broke my skin out and they wouldn't return it
What’s your skin type?
Combination

OK SKIN AND WHITE TEETH. AYE!!!!!
Ohhh no.... where is the satanic laugh 😂 🤣😂🤣😂
The brand is Dermalogica. Why do you keep calling it Dermalogical?
