    Uruguay is a great country for to live ,have beautiful beaches .rivers lagoons ,the praire is deep green. the people 90%are caucasican ,descent mayority from italy ,spain , france ,the Uruguay culture is a fusion to europe

      I agree that Uruguay is not the cheapest when it comes to South America, but it is very beautiful and safe.

      Nunca dejamos de tener agua, si en la capital por la escasez de lluvias hubo que utilizar agua del Río de la Plata y no tenía la calidad de la habitual, pero ya se normalizó, se hicieron más represas y cañerías que llevan agua de otro río al Santa Lucía que es al que abastece a la capital
