Ok, I guess y'all weren't reading the subtitles of the anime, so I'll just say this real quick. Those flesh seeds were not Tamayo's doing, cause we already seen her blood art before, which was that she could attract others with the scent of her blood. That blood demon art was the Asakusa Demon's, the one that Muzan turned in order to escape from Tanjiro. Seriously... read the subtitles.

I'd like to make one correction: The infinity castle is actually controlled by one of Muzan's Uppermoons
Yeah it is, Uppermoon 4 Nakime, the biwa girl with one eye, though later in the battle Nakime was killed by Muzan himself because Lady Tamayo's assistant Yushiro managed to control her resulting in the Infinity castle to be destroyed
