I really think she is an underrated recon pick in ranked because of everything you just named... Plus she can get all of that info without giving up her position, unlike Seer & Bloodhound! I love her intel gathering, the fact that she has movement, the survey beacons help make up for her lack of a true "scan" ability & she can give damage buffs to her team! I still don't have a true main but she will always be one of my favorites!.!.!
She is awesome. I just get tired of playing recon because it takes away from your game sense. It's like a crutch but I'm working on every legend to 500 kills. I feel playing a character to 500 kills gives you a good understanding of there perks and skills.
She has been my main in ranked.. she is quite good in diamond rank. I play her mainly to gain intel from her passive and echo relocation is broken if u know how/when to use them, But sadly her echo relocation is bugged rn.. rank split had to wait :(
Sup Tim, I like to let my team move up first since vantage can push so quick but I agree she is definitely slept on because most can't figure out her kit
As someone who loves snipers, I think Vantage is OP with the bullet drop indicator. I love it

@@anthonyr5763 when youâre using her sniper there is a little light blue circle in the middle of the sights that tells you exactly where the bullet will go. And it works for attachment sights 3x and up, if Iâm not mistaken.
iâm the same way. i main valk but i love the sentinel and vantageâs with comms are amazing

Finally , someone who speaks about vantage đ
I started with Vantage because I loved her design and personality, and stayed to main her when I found out that I really click with her playstyle too. She's not so much a turtle/campy legend as much as she is just one that rewards patience and smart pushing; you hang back for a bit, gather some intel, maybe tag some enemies, THEN you go in to pressure them, and that's a balance that I really like.
On a side note, my main buddy that I play the game with is a really aggressive BH/Rev main that I often have a hard time keeping up with when pushing. (It's gotten us killed plenty, but we're both casual players, so I'm not about to get upset over it lol.) Having Vantage has been a great addition to our team comp though, as even if he runs ahead into a 1v2 or 1v3 that he probably can't win on his own, I've got an ult that lets me back him up from long distances, and tactical that can help me catch up with him. It's rare that I find a character in any game that I can really claim as my one true main, but considering everything I've talked about, Vantage practically feels tailor-made for me!

Sheâs dope , I just feel like ppl use her wrong , I come across so many vantage players that just hang back while the team is fighting and doesnât decide to push until weâre downed , now the team gets to watch vantage run away from the team we were just fighting lol
A good vantage with good communication makes a great squad leader, she can tell her teammates exactly when to push (usually after knocking an enemy down with Sniper ult first)
As an og player I went from maining wraith to octane to mad maggie to finally vantage. I just love everything about her.

Just started maining vantage never rly gave her shot and I have to say out of all the legends sheâs probably the one that fits my play style best I donât think people realize how good echo rly is and if u r doing a solo tier list vantage gotta be A-S tier
Iâd maybe put her in high B or low A tier for the simple matter of her abilities becoming a bit less useful in the endgame. Snipers canât do a ton in a close ring. And intel gathering only matters so much
Vantage and Fuse combo is the best! You get the knock and fuse can keep the pressure with knuckles while vantage pushes. Love it for duos
I'm a vantage main so I may be a little bias I think that echo is the best non ult movement tool, wraith and obtain move fast on the ground, horizon can go straight up, and valks movement though it does both is really slow to be used in a fight. Path finder comes close and a lot of the time can do the same if not better of what vantage does but to really go up you need to be vary close to a building. The ability to take highground, move forward, or escape a fight with ease which all make it a great rotation tool I think it's the perfect movement tactical
Nah lobaâs tactical is better imo cuz u donât have a chance getting hit mid air while moving distances while with vantage u can get shot mid air while doing that ability

Yes I agree, imo vantage has the best positioning in the game...I always get higher ground by jumping on anything like rocks or building and it usually changes the fight towards our advantage. Once you start sniping it even makes teams scared and they run and hide.
Vantage is excellent when paired with someone who can repos easy(like valk) and someone who can push easy(choose your skirmisher). She also goes well with Rampart who can boost damage even further with her wall, or any other defensive legends like Newcastle or Gibby. The tactic is to wait at the edge of the circle or gatekeeping spots to catch rotating teams off guard. Pressuring them to act in disadvantageous situations against legends who very much want someone to fuck around and find out.
As a vantage main I agree that I barely see her in lobbyâs and she is very slept on/underated.

The passive is so slept on it makes it so easy to see people rotating far away and then you can see their armour and how many people on they squad
There is a scary squad combo of the new revenant, vantage and pathfider. Easily can close gaps with long range pressure, and has a lot of vertical mobility.
Vantage is one my favorite favorite legends and because i loved using Vantage, now my best friend is using Vantage and love it.

My only gripe with vantage is the ult accelerate not being usable if she has shots in her sniper, also I think it should add more than 2 shots

Vantage + Revenant for snipe down into double push using echo and shadow pounce respectively is a very fun combo for duos
she is my Main, I am not that good...yet. But Damn do I love when it comes together. I actually do the opposite (when not in a total panic) and wil do some close/mid damage, use echo to jump away and get decent cover, then when they go to chase, sniped... When I don't panic and use my skills well.
Slowly getting better, but damn this game has a high skill ceiling

Love hee tac itâs a great escape and a great aggressive tool for fight and I like to carry ult accels so I can get careless with hee ult and a free 3x
What I love about Vantage is that her bullet drop has an indefinite range and I also like to troll people. I would stalk them from FAR far away and wait for them to stop moving and scare the shit out of them with a single bullet. Even if it doesn't land, they're definitely expecting more bullets to come their way. I think the farthest I hit someone was around 700m on World's Edge. It's not useful at all; your scope moves so much that it's hard to hit a still target from that distance but it's funny
I main vantage and wait for her heirloom ! All of her kit is useful for me, the passive were easily the good thing to use so spot enemy easily, echo helps reposition easier and the ult i can use it close to long ranged.

As you do the sniper combos, it feels like fire squad execution team.
Fuse goes well with vantage because itâs nice you get a knock fuse ult alienates the player knocked from the team while you rain sniper shots on the downed player. Can really fuck with people from afar.

I am a die hard vantage main and love playing her. I go for chip damage and lower their heal supply pool so when we push them they aren't max health and frazzled
Vantage is a very good depending on how you view her character. Her scans for recon are now the most anonymous, each time her sniper tags you for 50dmg is like a mini crypto EMP you can use 5 times mixed with a Ramparts Amp wall weapon buff but mobile. Pros still be complaining about the Kraber and how it changes fights and Vantage ult with 2 shots from literally any distance is equivalent to being shot by a Kraber. Echos movement also makes her very mobile especially when gaining height (her tac is literally just as good horizontally but better vertically than octanes jump pad) and lastly. She's a cool character.

I think that Vantage is one of the best solo legends out there. Her passive is very solid, her tactical is a personal jump-pad, and her ult deals ridiculous damage. The only reason she isn't meta is because she lacks team utility

Hereâs a faster sniper knock method. Vantage Ult Shot followed by a charged sentinel or kraber behind a Rampart wall.
Sheâs my favorite pubs legend, super fun kit and a different pace than almost anyone else. For ranked since I usually run in a 3 stack I feel like sheâs pretty selfish so I donât use her much there

She's who I use if I want to solo a lot because of the sniper hit plus push like you said. Can take down two players 1v2 easy like that
I love vantage she's a jack of all trades kind of legend but she makes it work also having a third gun really helps out with load outs

Vantage is super fun and shes the ultimate solo 3rd party proof legend, drop echo off then run into a fight and as that third party is coming in jump up to echo and you become the 3rd party, it's also funn to use echo for those sweet trick shots
The Vantage Special: knock someone, Q ahead of your team to stop the res, get rolled by their two teammates, spam ping.

When i try to throw echo by holding down the button instead of sending out echo and then jumping it will place echo at the last location i recalled it too. Or if its the first time using it, it will place echo 1000km away at where the drop ship spawned in. I dont know if its just me though because i havent seen anyone even mention this

Itâs because the moment you sniper someone with your ult everyone chases you like blood hounds cause they know you gonna 3rd party (speaking from experience of dealing with 3rd party vantages)
Yeah sometimes she is useful and fun to play but most cases she just useless cause the moment you get in you sniping position and shoot then everyone is after you
vantage rocks! just the other day me and this guy were in the endgame I let him get the krater nd we would dominate I would tag him and he would Finnish him we ended up winning the match

She is kinda weak in 3 men squad, but in duo she shines as the best support. I played with my friend as duo, and before we went into fight, I'd tag one or both of the enemy team, and when they try to hide from me my duo just flanked them and knocked them before they can even react. Its hard to get a knock by yourself but in duo she is very powerful.

Vantage is slept on, but she has no deathball team synergy, which imo is better than solo angle team synergy.

I mained her for the entire season she came out and yeah shes slept on. Incredibly strong mobility,very useful passive for scouting,and a third gun at all times is incredibly useful. Im honestly super surprised she never got any nerfs from all the complaining about getting 2 tapped on spawn
