This really hits me. one of my really close friends that i’ve known for 3 years left my group because of this same reason, i’ve been missing playing with him for the past month now
same kinda. had an online buddy as close as real friends… knew him for like 5 years at this point but he randomly stopped talking to me. then he joined one of my parties and left because i was upset he ditched me. i miss my buddies :(

I feel like something big happened in fresh life that either caused him to fall out of love with games or is what caused his love for games all those years ago but was forced to mature faster than other people his age. The way he talked about it and said “you know exactly why” or “I feel like a failure” kinda makes me think he fell into a deep depression because of wtv happened I know the feeling and it’s not fun I hope he’s ok..

Not everyone wants to spend a major portion of their life playing video games all day and everyday. Also, in the case of Fresh people watched his vids because he was one of the best players in the world, and to keep up that status it means grinding out the game for hours on end everyday. Fresh probably decided that is not the life he wants and I imagine he is in college rn studying for a stable job, and I wish him the best of luck in life

Go out and enjoy life, but don’t stop doing things you like because you feel like you would be looked at as less than because of it.
