as weird as it sounds i bet u could make the build work with a fin whale + 10 gerridas and grizzly 🤔 the ability to strafe while going at ur max speed can make gerridas better vs hovers so maybe something to try 🤔
@@soundwave9560 Still no, Pegasus will casually add +40% power to heavy builds(bigram ones, but my point still stands), so not only will you be at a -20% power nerf from the start, you will also be missing out on the Pegasus perk aswell. Believe me you will never get to that max speed, especially when facing hovers where you need to make a lot of quick adjustments to even look at them, much more shoot at them and hit them. I don’t recommend. And of course that’s just one reason why it would be extremely suboptimal to use gerridas over bigrams right now(on heavy builds at least), you also have dura issues, tonnage issues (like Lewis said), power issues, etc.
I’m not trying to crush your creativity here but ppl already found out the best ways to run gerridas. All of the other ways, people have decided have too many drawbacks and deficiencies for it to work with conventional play styles. IMO, you either use 14+ gerridas (you only need 14 for tonnage on a humpback, but you might want to add tracks to partially deal with the dura issues) and a Pegasus (54% perk, so you have so you don’t really have another choice) or, you use bigrams, and then you would have some more freedom with engine choice. Of course, you may have other reasons for wanting to run gerridas (fused them?) so the final choice is still up to you.
