Michael Rauch and if Regina wasn’t around there’s a chance Snow wouldn’t be alive either. Even if Cora set off the horse, Regina and Snow’s lives are so intertwined I think the absence of one would certainly impact the other. Not to mention that i don’t think keeping Zelena would’ve stopped Cora from going after power.
This scene is about finding out Zelena's plan but it also shows what a good mother Regina is. She is willing to give up a chance of getting the ultimate revenge on Snow because doing that will cause Henry to not exist anymore. A mother who chooses their child like that deserves a lot more than "I'm guessing this is where your help ends".
When Emma says to Regina "i'm guessing this is where your help ends" after they say Zelena is going back to kill Snow's mother. Doesn't she know Regina doesn't want to kill Snow anymore? Though she may not know about the heart to heart they had when she was gone, Regina did put the protection spell around Snow's home to keep her and her baby safe.
This part is believable. Regina's redemption apparently mostly happened off-screen in the EF, so Emma wasn't there to see it. Her memories of Regina are still mostly bad, and Regina has a track record of treacherous, evil behavior. What was unbelievable was how fast Emma warmed to Regina afterward, it should have taken much longer.

I feel incredibly bad for Zelena.
