Very nices resort hope some day will have chances to visit this place for sure because all my life I love to live in the country side some places beautiful views nice places , some where peaceful and quiet good foods this place is perfect for me but I don’t know much about thai land it’s up north or west, east , south can you share more first time I see you eat Thai fruit salads with Thai papaya ingredients want to eat right a way thank you for sharing have a great stay and enjoy your life in Thailand.
I always want to take time off, and move to live in Thailand for couple years like you guy I live in u s a in Minnesota it’s cold and long winter just one more year will be time for me to retire so I should have to see this resort for sure thank you have fund.

I heard you asked for advice how to eat properly Thai foods. I see both of you raise the food plate or bowl which are supposed to be eaten by several persons (so the foods are not for each individual) and use spoon to take food to eat directly; that is not the proper way to eat Thai food. The correct way, before you start to eat anything, put a small empty plate on the table in front of you as your own personal plate, use a serving spoon to take food out of the plate or bowl onto your personal plate and then use your spoon or fork to eat from there. The reason behind this practice is about healthiness and cleanliness. As a fan of your video, I take my time to write this.

Luckily, I live in Toronto, the most multicultural city on planet Earth so I can find most ingredients to cook authentic Thai food. However, Larb Nhuer (Northern style Larb) requires specific ingredients that I can't find. I just came back from Thailand in February and I bought a lot of Prik Larb Nhuer from Mae Noi brand. Make my life so much easier and happier 😅. Just cook ground meat with Prik Larb then add some herbs like culantro, mints, spring onion and cilantro.
The larb (pronounced in British English) you find in Bangkok or throughout most of Thailand is usually Isan style, but the larb you're eating in this video is Northern style larb.
Except for the larb served in Northern restaurants scattered across the country, which, of course, will serve you Northern style larb.

เคยไปน่านมาเกือบ10ปีแล้วภาพรวมในเมืองยังไม่เปลี่ยนไปเท่าไร แต่นอกเมืองพัฒนาไปมาก รสนิยมในการเลือกที่พักสุดยอดเลยครับสวยจริง(ฤดูฝนน่าจะสวยกว่านี้) อาหารก็ดูดีและน่าจะอร่อยตามสไตล์อาหารเมืองเหนือ ไก่ทอดน่าจะเป็นไก่ทอดมะแขว่น เคยได้ยินแต่ไม่เคยกิน(ไม่ยืนยันนะครับ) เห็นพวกคุณสนุกและมีความสุขก็แอบยิ้มไปด้วยเลย😅เดินทางปลอดภัยครับ รอชมคริปต่อครับ😊❤🎉

Wow, Danny & Diggy amazing resort room very well thought out for guests. The food looked excellent. Those chicken wings Diggy were to die for. In the morning, the view was tremendous. I don't think I could have done those steps. Nice touch by the resort staff to cover your bike👍👍. Superb resort, food, room facilities, views well worth the journey. There are 2 kind of larbs in Thailand. Northern style larb and Isan style larb. the cooking method is totally different frome each other. Isan style larb is much easier to make and more common than northern style. Northern style larb is harder to cook and usually sell only at Northern Thai food restaurant in Bangkok but sometime you can find them in local market.
