Called by the grave specifically says "its effects are negated AS WELL AS the activated effects and effects on the field". Which means that wherever that card is activated including any continuous effects or activated effects on field will be negated of the card that was banished. That is how CBTG negates handtraps even though they do not activate on the field.

It has to be upon activation, i remember playing master duel and i got max c i drew in to a called by on my turn 1 and tried to call by the already activated maxx c they still drew on my special summons

DW Cant attack after using coach kings effect .... So he would have had at least a turn

Genta's effects are negated, you can't use them or activate them after Called by the Grave.

Thunder dragon needs colossus. Looking at Md and the ocg, colossus is fine at 1, but since tcg is full of whiny btches, I don’t think that he will come back here.

Not t really true. Both players are just bad. The thunder dragon player had chances to play and use his disruption better and just didn’t. DW player trash too, just he’s playing a bad player so it makes him look better but they both suck
