Thank you so so much quirky!!! Also, even I was advised by my doc to eat my dinner latest 7:30 but then I always ended up feeling super hungry by 10:30 which further led me to binge eating. That would spoil my poore din ka mehnat... So the papaya suggestion I think is amazing!!! Will try it for sure...

When i was 21, i was diagnosed wd pcod and obv i was overwieght, i lost 20kgs and meri mom ne aise hi ek ek meal mere liye banaya tha khud. I am 32 now, married and this made me miss mom k haath ka khana so much. Only mothers can do this. 😢😢
She still cooks for me when i am on diet and i stay with her and always makes sure i eat yumm and healthy food at home. This just made me so emotional.

I would like to gv u a small prayog that can be extremely beneficial in migraine next tme aapko migraine hue jab if u like to then plz try karna and if it helps share it with ur fam
Im sure thr r thousands of people who go through horrible pain cause kf it which interfers and disturbs thr work life too
Melt around 2gm jaggery in one tbsp water add 2pinches of dry ginger powder (shunti ) to it
Warm it on a hot water bath and put 2-3drops of this warm liquid in each nostril do it while u lie down of bed
Thr will be mild burning sensation in the nose dont worry
And ul get phlegm in mouth aftr 3-5min spit out and gargle with warm water
U will definitely get relief frm migraine in less than 30min

It doesn’t even feel like that I am eating something healthy. And trust me when I say this, my breakfasts have been sorted from the time you started showing few cooking videos during those covid times. Hope you well soon. Quirky, I have the same symptoms as you. All my doctors said that it was migrane. Nothing I did worked. A family member suggested physiotherapy. There I found out that the neck muscles were very weak to support my head. It is easy to correct. As long you check in with your physio regularly, it is not a issue. Do consult a PT just to rule it out.
