Be fair Terry, if City, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea signed a player for the amount of that MU did on Hojland, you'd be leading the charge questioning the decision. Also, no pundit or expert if perfect and just bc what Souness said about Casemiro was wrong (i too disagreed) does not mean his opinion here is worthless. Souness saying that a player with Casemiro's body of being a "steady-Eddie" is silly given his amazing body of work, however, you're trying to discredit what Souness is saying about Hojland by conflating the two and thereby making a fallse equivalency.
As for taking a deeper look at Hojand, you're spot on to do that which is what Souness probably should have done, and therefore could have made a few stipulations/caveats given his opinion. But let us also be honest here: EVERYONE DOES IT and it is wrong, unfair and disingenuous. So I applaud you for calling it out and please continue to do so when applicable regardless of who the player is as in doing so strengthens your credibility - why I watch your content - and exposes people who are either lazy, stupid or disingenuous in what they are saying.

@Akeem Guy Fair enough, but if we dismiss any critique from a pundit who was a rival player to our own etc, it might be a bit tribal. And for some, its an easy way to dismiss what could legitimate criticism. What I like to do is take what the pundit has to say, think about it and then if I disagree, why? Lay it out in a fair and balanced way (most ppl who talk about football are incapable of doing that, so you're already making them look foolish if you can deconstruct their conclusion with counterpoints and facts). If they premonitions prove correct, you put your hands up and take the L but if you're right, you know that you were bc you used analytics and facts that eventually proved your position right.
