Usually the export versions are made different according the the taste of that region. So I'm not surprised that they don't taste the same. I personally find that original ones from China are much better than our own local ones because in our country they base it on british style and local taste which makes it not to our liking. These are mostly based on artificial taste and ingredients. By the way, I live in Malaysia. The only downside to the Chinese original ones is there is no english written on it except a few words like beef and mushroom, vegetarian etc. By the way I had Chinese instant noodles this morning. It was good. Coinsidence??
I think because there are some chemical addictivies are prohibited to be in some imported goods or food. Therefore it has to be modified when exporting out to different countries to accustomise the law. (That is what i think). And possibly also the place where ot is manufacture,and different ratio and seasonings according to local taste.

lol u guys are in Coquitlam? well, u guys could already taste the difference, for example 出前一丁 actually have their noodles made in different place if u read the labels... I think only the hmm... i forgot what flavor it was, i think it is the one with black color cover have the best noodles... I don't remember exactly, but their noodles are made in 3-4 different places so if u buy diff flavors, the noodles have diff thickness and textures... So, it's probably not make in the same place as where you had it in China... I'm thinking these stuff are made in some 3rd party factories down in the South perhaps... the best one I had was a 合味道杯面, but I only seen and had that flavor in Macau, never seen it anywhere else... 黑胡椒蟹肉味, it might be discontinued 😅

My favorite instant noodle is Nissin 出前一丁. I like most of their flavours, especially the chicken flavour. I usually buy them at Loblaws or T&T.

一般会用微波炉煮方便面。放些培根，波菜和鸡蛋。所以方便面的原本什么味道就不鸟了。只是培根变汤头了。。🤭

红烧牛肉面最早的版本，20年前和现在完全不一样，我觉得红烧牛肉面并不好吃，但以前版本的买不到了，香菇炖鸡是比较好吃的一款，然后我个人喜好吃酸菜，但是老坛酸菜泡面那个汤底和酸菜质量很差，不如自己买酸菜做，其实国产泡面有一款龙凤图案的，雪菜肉丝面，已经停产，非常怀念的味道，汤底很清淡，我发现用酱油+橄榄菜基本能调出类似的味道，可以说是我个人比较喜欢的一款泡面风味了
强烈推荐costco卖的一个叫sapporo ichiban的面。应该是日本的面吧，汤味道很好，价格也不贵，比Mr Noodles贵一些但是绝对值。
去Hmart买袋装的 味道会好很多 port Coquitlam那家离你们很近 碗装的除了合味道都有一股假洋货的味道

韩国的那个包装虽然变了，但没猜错的话应该是香辣牛肉汤泡面吧。在韩国超有人气。是我吃过的不用煮的泡面里最好吃的了。韩国人不吃香料。是去了加拿大都变味了吗？奇怪。
