I would agree this is largely "free running". But the class offered is parkour and freerunning. With both sides being taught.

Now I'm not usually one to bitch about the differences between parkour and freerunning; in my opinion, if it has any properties of traditional parkour (aka from A to B as fast as possible), it can be called parkour even if it had some flips in between. But I wouldn't categorize this as parkour, this is almost purely flips.
The editing was energetic and added to the intensity but made some of the tricks harder to see.
Overall nice vid nonetheless. ;)
