I gotta call bull on the dancing part. It's a "Try Not To *Sing* Challenge", not *Dance* ! Also, she totally should've explained that in the rules before the Challenge began. Which is what makes it bull.
Idk if it counts or if they mentioned it to them but in 0:15 it clearly states Rules: No dancing
they've done these challenges enough times that they should know the rules by now. they're always the same.

well the rules in the beginning of the video do state no singing of any kind and no dancing but I do agree with you that if she forgot to mention the no dancing rule then that initial violation should have been excused

We Don't Talk About Bruno continues to be stuck in my brain for hours at a time and I have started to memorize the damn song and heck get a few friends to sing it together as we do our individual parts of the song. This song will not be going away in my brain for so long LMAO

Fun fact: Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote lyrics both Hamilton and Encanto. In Satisfied from Hamilton, Angelica sings "If I tell her that I love him she'd be silently resigned/He'd be mine/She would say "I'm fine", she'd be lying" and both Isabela and Dolores sing "I'm fine!" in their verses. (and it's funny that in Encanto Dolores is the Angelica to Isabela's Eliza).

Make a Man Out of You will get anyone if not everyone. I remember one time in college, hanging in the student lounge someone was playing it on over their laptop's speaker, and the whole room started singing it together. It was great!

Not gonna Lie, the Song for Hercules should have been either 'Won't say i'm in Love' or 'Zero to Hero'.
Hercules used to be my favourite Disney movie as a Kid but there are much better Song choices then what was shown even 'Gospel Truth' would have been a harder Challenge to not sing along to.
My favorite was Danny. That voice and that smile after singing at 8:49! A true singer!

Cammilo's part in We Don't Talk About Bruno was one of the best bits. Lucky I got to do it in my friend's kid's birthday party. My friend insisted and I just said I'll do it provided I get that bit. :)

As a huge disney fan and music fan. I am so good at not dancing singing or laughing. I have never lost one of these chalenges before
If I was doing this, the only one that would have broken me would have been "Make A Man Out of You". Like, there is nothing that can prevent me from singing that song cause it is so freaking good. Everything else was freaking easy not to dance or sing to (even "Surface Pressure" and "We Don't Talk About Bruno"). But for "Make A Man Out of You", I would have basically belted it out and stood up. That song is the freaking bomb 😄
That one and Poor, Unfortunate Souls broke me. I was going along with the challenge and doing alright, and then I was singing all of Ursula's lines before I remembered I wasn't supposed to sing! I didn't realize how deeply embedded PUS was in my brain. But it's definitely one of my all-time favorite Disney songs!

It was hard af but I actually made it through the challenge. The Hercules one was easy for me because I have only seen that movie one time and it wasn’t my cup of tea.
Biggest challenges were ‘Into the Unknown’, ‘Surface Pressure’, ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno’ and ‘Nobody Like U’ because the Encanto songs are catchy AF and I LOVED Turning Red and Frozen 2

There was a real missed opportunity by skipping out on earlier Disney songs. Those are so engrained in pop culture, they would’ve been some of the hardest to resist.
The have done try not to sing Disney in the past with all the older movies - this isn’t the first one so that’s why they aren’t included
