My baby girl Kaci Gisèlle Cyprian was brutally murdered by Lafayette Police Department in Lafayette La on 08/05/23 and my autistic son Kaisyn was also shot , they were after my brother but completely shot up the house resulting in my baby’s unfortunate demise.
