Try next: press and hold Menu+pwr/cont > F1.initial setting > ship static data > set > 6.gnss ant PSN/ 8.int gps set
---to terminate maintenance mode press and hold pwr/cont+dim > password (probably 0000), if password is unknown we don't recommend to use maintenance mode,but contact your ship serviceman.

It can be anything from getting moisture inside of transponder, or it needs to be replaced at all. It's better contact ship's official service company and follow their instructions.
