For the Saints fans who are still getting to know Derek Carr; him and Shaheed are going to set the league on fire. For only a handful of games has Carr ever had a receiver of Shaheed's speed, and if you look at those games. (first 7 games of 2021) Carr was averaging 325 yards per game, and threw 12 TDs. That's pacing 5500 yards, 30 TDs. That was in Gruden's offense, so basically the same offense they are running now.
That was with one speedster keeping defenses honest, add Olave in the mix, and Thomas...forget about it man. Saint's offense is going to be insane.
I love your outlook.Lets hope the blind side of the OL doesn't get him hurt.
in my opinion the int was his only mistake, and IF given time will light up defenses. Especially when Kamara comes back.
No, he missed Thomas twice that could have been a touchdown. And he was late on a couple of throws..
@@carymarshallfelton9188how is that his fault the Oline is letting him get hit from every angle?
I agree⚜️⚜️⚜️
@@carymarshallfelton9188 he was hit when he was trying to get rid of the ball. How was that a mistake on him?
@@olee8431are you kidding me? He had no time on most of those plays.
Cmon Mickey, get us somebody up front.4 is gonna end up getting hurt with these clowns on the OL.

There only bad bro was penning everyone else held their ground
We just gotta get Penning coached up. He need experience. Please remember Armstead first few games …
@@lemueltrotman739 I guess I expected more out of a first rounder.Hes lazy af.
@@knifelyfe6565 🤣🤣 I don’t think he lazy.. I think up to this point he been getting by with athleticism and being one of the best on the field. Now he’s not the most athletic, definitely not one of the best and he gotta use new technique.. what I do like is that he’s an animal and we won’t have to coach him up on physicality. Once the technique and physicality match up… we gon be straight 💪🏾💪🏾
@@lemueltrotman739 he turns outside to block down with the run on the inside.Thats either lazy or he doesn't get it.
They have to say some thing to make Derek Carr look as if he's worth 150 million dollars..There was very little offense in that game. The game was really won by the Saints defense. Lets see how he plays against Carolina, Carr should throw about 3 - 4 TD's in this game if he's anywhere worth 150 million dollars. ( You Think ! )
with the amount of times he was getting harassed in the backfield, its surprising he was even able to get one and he still threw for 305 passing yards with a 98 passer rating
ALL FACTS NO ZEROX 😅
DC is an awesome QB. I wish Raiders could of kept him... They will regret it. The Broncos suck, and they barely won.
Real Talk🤣😂
I had a friend also a Saints fan, say after the game..... I haven't been that impressed with Carr.
WHAT HAVE U BEEN WATCHING BRO? Then he told me he didn't get to watch the game. I just said.. just stop watching football
New Orleans saints 1-0

why do people made big deals about int’s? i get it, but its football. it happens. 🤷🏻♂️
Exactly. Interceptions suck, but they happen. What matters is that your defense puts your offense back on the field and you make up for that mistake.
Really the way he played I tend to forget about that pick. It was a tough defense.
@@kharystewart9084 same, plus his play was miles better than what we have been seeing the last couple of years since Drew retired.
They are a big deal, Because 1)You take plays away from the offense..2)Chances for pick 6's..3) you put your defense in a dis advantageous situation...4) If you throw them in the Redzone, you've basically taken at least 3 points away from your team and 5) 95% of the time, whoever wins the turnover battle wins the game!! We got 4 TO's, They got two with Tannehill throwing 3 INT's....Just look at Monday Nights game, ain't noway in hell the Jets were supposed to win that game but Josh Allen kept being reckless with the ball and keeping them in the game! Jets win the TO battle and won the game!! They're a very big deal...
I don't think all ints are equal. Depending on the situation, I don't really care about ints. I think some people could get a little picky on the one Carr threw in that game because it was pretty stupid. He wasn't taking the situation into account, if they weren't in the red zone, he made the perfect play because that part of the field would have been open. But in that down and distance near the red zone, the zones are certainly going to shift to a deeper zone.
Now, if it's 3rd and forever and you're going to punt on the next play anyway and throw a pick 50 yards down the field...that's basically a punt in my mind. haha.
It's seems that everyone has forgotten that Jameis Winston has led the Saints to the biggest come from behind win in franchise history after the Falcons broke his back!!!
And let's have a moment of clarity here for a second, if not for Ryan Tannehill, this game would have been over for the Saints in the 3rd quarter...
The clown missed on 4 sure TD passes and a possible 5th...
So no, I'm not impressed with what Derek Carr did, and the Titans defense on that last drive was really suspect to say the least...
On the down the field pass to #22 the DB clearly allowed 22 to run passed him... The DB took himself out of position just enough to allow buddy to get by, just go back and watch it for yourselves...
22 made no moves, he didn't cut, he didn't fake, and he didn't juke, so whenever 22 did was all in front of the DB...
Don't forget that the NFL is in the entertainment business, so look at what the narrative has been, Derek Carr calls his own plays to win the game!!!
22 did hesitate u need to go look again
@haitianblakk No Sir, and even with the small hesitation, everything was still in front on the CB...
Lol! Your going to compare Winston whom been in the system for three years and one year learning under Sean/drew. To DC who just been in the system for a few months. You need to pay attention to his pre snap reads and adjustments, that shows he is a much smarter QB that does a lot of film study. The missed passes are miscommunication or bad passes that will iron itself out though game time and film. As game film start stacking up for DC to address with each players, he will get better.
Congratulations, you win the prize for dumbest take of the day 🏆
So we're really just gonna pretend like Pennington didn't just have one of the worst performances as a left tackle 🤔. Like really cut DC some slack because we haven't seen these types of throws and game management in awhile. Be grateful and appreciate the small victories, especially after these two past seasons!!!
I’m calling bullshit on Mickey!! I guess he only wants to see what he wants to see. Jameis has made multiple big throws over the past two seasons. Mickey and some fans have selective memories
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
30 ints😮
@@bryanmcgovern7858 it’s 2023 not 2019 that season was an outlier compared to his other seasons. Catch up and come outta your cave!! It’s nice out here, no one is gonna bite you..
🤡💩🐦
Is this jjdaboss,or just some wanna be hillbilly? Oh not jj whatever. I'm not in a cave I just know what I'm watching, but you can come out of the closet, people might still like you, maybe...
You must be a disgruntled bucs fan, no risk it ,no biscuit, right?
Jameis would had scored 24 points easy😊
James would of had lest 4picks n probably a fumble r 2 n saints would have lost by 10
We almost lost with 4 takeaways think about that 444444
stop. Jameis isnt the answer.
In Las Vegas carr was a backup at the end of the year
