After one winterseason with cold fingers, action cams that never stay in place and drons that faling down like frozen mosquitos... I start dreaming about a 360 cam. Thanks for one more good video!

Thank you! i will go with the X3 for the water proof.
360cam provides unique angles and possibilities that are only possible with them❣️🥰
Perfect explanation. 🙂👍
Great comparison thanks.
You’re welcome!
One RS 360 mod and x3 sensors are both half inch. (4K mod too)
The only thing that is deterring me from the X3 is that there is no option to record at 60fps, which is a total bummer. I feel like I have to go with the One RS Twin because the 4K module offers that. Really wish there wasn't this compromise.
Great video Stephen. Very informative. Been thinking about getting myself a 360 camera for a while now. Currently using a Gopro Hero 11, so that kinda rules out the One RS for me. The 1-Inch is a bit too pricey, which leaves the X3 as my preferred option. Going to hold off buying for now though just in case the Gopro Max 2 comes along. I'm expecting big things from it.
Yeah the X3 and Hero 11 are a great combo. What are you expecting with the GoPro Max 2? It's been a long time coming
@Steve's Tech Emporium - I suspect Gopro were going to launch the Max 2 in 2022 alongside the Hero 11 but pulled out at the last minute when they got wind of the superior Insta360 X3. Rather than launch it as second best, I believe Gopro opted to delay the Max 2 until 2023 and develop it a bit more in the meantime. I would like to see a lot of the Hero 10 and 11 upgrades brought into the Max 2, plus bigger sensors and faster processor. Plus, it badly needs a 1/4" threaded hole on the underside for mounting on a selfie stick, although that's a minor thing. Gopro's Quik app seems to be improving, but I'd like to see a better desktop version of it too. Don't want to be flitting between different software. Would much prefer a single Gopro platform that'll do everything I need. Keep up the great work. Your videos are fab.
How long does it take to fill the memory card is this face the camera plugged into a power outlet?
I'm a big fan of 360 cameras. No screen needed because it just captures everything and can do a lot of stuff & tricks with it for social media. Oh and I still have the original one X which i think still produces great quality videos when there's good lighting. I'm looking at the video samples here and the X3 appears to have same quality as my one X. The 1 inch RS looks sharp but just too darn expensive, bulky, heavy and i hear has overheating issues.
hey brother im freestyle football champion im buy new camera Gopro 11 and x3 rs maybe 1inch but i dont know ... because vlog and video quality ... and freestyle videos gym training aaand motovlog video 360 So good ... please which camera so good ? and just one camera not 2 ... main camera ?
gopro 11 not 360
rs maybe but quality little problem
x3 i think video qualt. little bad.
1 inch is good but so expensive and x3 little same... ?
One of the best cameras I've had is the Sony FDR x3000, built in 3.5mm much jack, compact, great battery life, 4k. I've an X2 which is great, I might get the X3 for more refinement. Great loom at the 3 cameras. # no Gopro's!!!!👍
Great comparison. Think I’ll get the 360x, mainly due to price and the fact that it’s waterproof.
Even if I got one for free ... I just wouldn't . .
The editing must be a nightmare and the tennis elbow is going to be nice to go with the Carple tunnel ..
. Great review . Thanks
What I've found is the people using these lack the skills to edit the resulting footage . Once your Angie changes you have to change everything ?
Yeah you have to put the work in to get the best results from these.
@@stevestechemporium my sister got one and I suffered alot with trying to guide her on its best possible uses .
Just uploading a 360 video is prob the best option , then as a viewer you can look around with a phone by turning it . Which makes these cameras amazing for an immersive film .
You make it look easy when you use them in your films. I imagine it's a skill set all in itself that with practice becomes second nature .
@@lifesahobby personally I think for most people the best way is just using the viewfinder mode in the smartphone app to export. For most people best use I think is short clips for social media.
Although depends what you want from it.
If the 1 inch just $100 more expensive than the X3, what’s your choice to buy?
For action sports, the X3, for best quality the 1 inch. Depends on your exact needs. The 1 inch is a small jump in quality for a heavier camera. It’s important to me, but not everyone will appreciate it.
@@stevestechemporium I don't think the small jump in quality is worth it compared to the x3's other advantages. So I think x3 is a wiser choice. Thankyou very much for your advice
You shouldnt get any tbh. Asked for a refund after getting a faulty camera and mounting accessories and their support has been avoiding my demands for a refund for an entire week now. 600 euros down the drain
So don’t get one cause you got a bad one check. They should stop selling these
@@boostedlife. If you wanna get one go for it but I had an absolute terrible experience with them.
I got the camera and it didn't mount properly on the mounting accessories (theirs, not third party), I then had to send them to their service center at my expense where they find an issue with the motherboard which they fixed and sent back. Yay I paid the new price for a refurbished unit. When I asked them what about the mounting issue they said it's probably the accessories but I had to send them back too to investigate (again on my dime).
At that point I was already over it and just told them I wanted a refund. They still sent the camera which I refused and sent back the accessories. Followed by a month of daily mailing demanding a refund, threatening legal action and sending them consumer protection act articles from my country stating I'm in my right.
Eventually I got my refund and partially recouped the freight costs.
