Learn the difference first, for poverty nd financial inequality the goverments r responsible to make laws nd policy.
But for reservation and social inequality, the constitution is always there to implement it.
Reservation is not nd can never be on ur income status, otherwise every poor one wants to be previleaged, this is not feasible coz paisa nd income status keeps varying from baad dada to beta pota.

But I will say that reservation SHOULD BE about income status. Idk where you from but the current system gives rich ST people the opportunities that poor people in the general category don't get. I don't care about your lineage and how income level is varying. If you're poor you're poor. I believe this problem can be fixed with monthly check in the person's status of living and level of income in a monthly or yearly basis. The current reservation system gives rich people who are backward only on paper a boost which they don't need. It's about the individual and what are the tools that can be provided turn negative liberty to positive liberty. Is my system the perfect system? No, but it's way better than the amount of loopholes that I'm witnessing in the current system now.
