The Supergoop products aren’t really interchangeable. One is a sunscreen & one is a skin tint with SPF. You would need to use probably half of the skin tint to get adequate protection. The skin tint reminds me of the Ilia skin tint (minis the rotten egg smell) 😂
Yeah, exactly. I never bother w/ SPF tinted moisturizers or BB creams anymore because it just provides a false sense of security. I just use an SPF on its own, or - if I really want a LOOK - either wait until the sun is lower in the sky so I don't need to reapply SPF or I bring a micellar water w/ me & reapply my SPF & base products when it's due time. It's fussy, so I rarely do it, but it's better than the risk of cancer on my pale complexion. 🙃

Yes I agree that foundation stick really looks like skin on you. Love it when something just works! I appreciate your reviews as we have very similar hair, eye color and complexion. The bronzing drop trend is so confusing to me but I don’t get any kind of tan like you do 😅

I've become a stick foundation CONVERT! I tried the Merit ones and while they're a fantastic product, they don't run pale enough for me. I tried the Fenty Easedrop in the lightest shade and that stuff is wonderful on my skin ❤

Ty Lauren, I have my eye on the Haus Labs blush! To be honest I don't mind the smaller product size at all -- the higher price point was keeping me away from their blushes and highlighters also, but $32 I can do.

I bought the Dior Glow product and I love love it! I am a huge fan of the ELF one too but the Dior definitely feels thinner and more like skin care. Either way, they play their parts for me with my everyday ❤ Thanks for your reviews!
I agree! And I’m very pale, maybe it makes a difference. I got the lightest shade and I use just the smallest amount and tap it over the high points and blend and my skin looks awesome and feels good even when I wash it off.

The hourglass phantom lip in Desire is a much nicer colour in my opinion.

Hi Lauren. Looking beautiful as usual. I would kill for your skin. Thought i would mention that the rem compact and product look exactly like Morgan Shick"s cosmetic line. She was a model who brought the no make-up make-up look to the TSC back in late 90s early 2000s. I don't think that anyone else did a touch up line with make-up then.

Omg I thought I was the only one having issues with the Huda beauty sugar baby gloss. It looks terrible on me & does that weird white ring thing ughhh. I couldn't return it because I threw away the box & receipt 😢 but the clear shade "glassy" seems to be the only one I like. It's a beautiful shine & texture but obviously one could find something way more affordable for a clear gloss.

I wish brands would formulate their light shades of bronzer with pink tones, I have medium light skin, but cool toned, and almost every bronzer I've bought for my shade, is either yellow or orange. I don't know why they don't get people to actually test their shades on. The Jones Road lightest bronzer is good, and one of the Gucci bronzers too, but the best one I've found so far is the Flower beauty bronzer. It's perfect for cool tones. At least haus labs didn't put their prices up, I notice brands will update packaging, update shades and then put less product in and up the prices. I sometimes wonder if that's their plan all along. So people won't notice. The Danessa Myricks groundwork pallettes are so good. I have the first one. It's such a great product. I like how she doesn't just put out basic stuff. That mascara is a hard pass for me. I would poke my eye out with that wand. It's not practical at all. 😉
Have you tried the makeup by Mario cream bronzer sticks? There more neutral

I've been on the email list to get notified when back in stock since over a year ago. Maybe I could look into buying direct from the brand. But they do look like nice bronzers so I'd really like to give them a try.. Thank you for the suggestion. 👍😊
I love the Hourglass lip balm! I have a more pink shade. It is hands down my favourite lip makeup ever!

The Dior highlighter is nice! I have the icy and pink shade. The pink shade is smoother, and you can build it up. The icy shade is glittery and intense.
My fav most luxurious feeling lip oil is the Plouise ones. Amazing @plouise

I really like the Ilia stick foundation and their new Serum Skintint with SPF too. The skintint has a smell you have to get past, but it fades quickly and then the product is quite nice.

Just mix your favorite foundation with a bit of the super goop unseen sunscreen… creates a similar product without having to buy something new
I think I heard something about how mixing sunscreen with other products can make the spf less effective??? Don't quote me on that though

Refy mascara doesn’t work perfect for me either! I have almond eyes and for me, the outer lash part of the wand just never gets to the lashes. I end up putting the mascara on using only the end of the wand, which is ok - I like the look on the top lashes but again, it’s a pain to get it on the bottom lashes. Final strike- as a brown mascara girly, I will not be repurchasing and will question my want to get a black mascara next time.

My skin used to get very red like yours. Prescription strength Azaleaic acid has done wonders. No more redness/rosacea.

I wanted to love the Huda gloss because foxy and bombshell on me were my lips but better colors but, it was so damn goopy! 😫 no matter how little I used, I got the awful ring and goop between my lips. Had to return it so fast!

I’m not advocating for a $36 lip balm but I have the Hourglass in rouse and it looks great so it might be a problem with that particular color.
Yeah those light gloss colors are not flattering…you def need to try the Hourglass one in a deeper color like their brown-reds and plums. I bought their special duo set last year and they’re both lovely (and it was basically 2 for the price of 1).
I wonder if you rotated that refy mascara wand so the hook is hooking up instead of towards your eyeball, maybe it would give you more lift? And also lower the risk of gouging your eye out 😅
The dreaded crooked nail😭🥴Happens to me almost every time! It's inexcapable(for me, anyway) but I assure you, you'll be the only one who notices unless you point it out!! You looked great in the lippie color Foxy! Too bad the formula isn't great. I love the Too Faced Kissing Jelly glosses! The scents/flavors are😋😋 I'm just praying there's a Kilian Princess left for me during the sale and I'll be happy🙏🤞🤞
The supergroup glow screen is very bronze glowy…. I’d like to pick up the tint and then mix them together to tone down the bronze…(pretty expensive way to go for a sunscreen🤷♀️)

The pencil is in 2.5 but I also used the Persona Brow Gel in Cool Brown for my brows! I also use them very lightly and sometimes camera shows them slightly lighter than real life! But that is the combo I wear for everyday look irl!
I don’t like the hourglass balms either. I love the color of the one I got but I feel like it just sits on top of my lips and looks goopy
I’ve been considering one or two of the Haus blush shades but idk spending over $30 for a blush seems kinda ick to me considering it’s not a luxury brand like Dior
Honestly, I’ve never used a primer. If a product is saying it’s going to do what it says, then why should I need a primer to help it 🤔. The foundation looks great on you, I may have to try it but I’ve a lot to get through because I’m trying to find a light coverage that hides my reactive skin and broken veins 😔
That mascara looks like a potential torture device... I don't think I would risk it - I need my eyes ;). The latest gloss releases are bringing back milky gloss, butthole lips circa 2015/2016. I really prefer a more sheer or sparkly gloss/but really oils. I couldn't deal with the pigmented glosses back in the day, and I still can't. Thank you for doing this video to confirm some stay away vibes. I can't wait to watch your YesStyle video next!
I LOVE the dior start filter but the new liquid highlighters are straight glitter mess and the weirdest colors lol!!
The colors on the highlighters were what made me wait to buy.. I couldn’t figure out which one would be best for me!

They are more glitter than pigment and none looked good on my light-medium skin… but the lightest pink or white might look good on you - IF you want a glitter fest 😁. The Vieve nova glow liquid light or skin dew are my favorite liquid highlighters bc they don’t enhance texture or have chunky juvenile glitter. I’m sorry to say Dior missed the mark with those, but again, the Star filter is gorgeous. I find it a little less intense than CT HFF, but equally as beautiful with the same effect.
