For the pretzel rolls, I used this recipe. After fermenting it over night, I just roll up deli meat around cheese logs, and take a bit of the dough and wrap around it. Dip it in baking soda water (1 T baking soda with 1 cup water) and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzel salt and bake at 500 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden brown. I got this idea a few years ago from Megan Fox, I turned it into a sourdough version and it's been a family favorite for sure!

I love little spoon farm too!! Amy has amazing recipes that are so good and so easy! I've made most of her soudough recipes, and they always come out perfect!! Beautiful video, I always like to bake 1 or 2 days especially on cooler days or if we're staying home, and then I will keep my starter in the fridge for a week if i dont plan to bake more bread during the week. It's fun to see how someone else bakes, and your videos are so fun and entertaining.
I recently made those double chocolate muffins, too! Parchment paper makes great muffin paper, too, and it looks beautiful! Your Graham crackers came out great!! I made them, and they were a little thick too, but so good dipped in milk!! Great idea to use a pasta roller!!

I really love watching your content. Today you baking reminded me so much of my mother. I loved hearing the sound of her making rolls when I was growing up. Sheâs gone now but itâs so funny how things like that can take you back. She started making bread at 15. She raised her five brothers and sisters and six of us kids and she found time also to bake and hang clothes on line. She lost her mom and dad by the time she was 15 then married my dad and she raised her sisters and brother. Youngest was five. My mom was amazing for doing that but for my dad to take on that responsibility is over the top amazing. Heâs gone now too and I miss them everyday. Your family is so lucky.

What do you do with your baby while getting all this stuff done? I just have one and I have a hard time getting stuff done even if I wear him in a wrap. đź
I honestly need some tips. My almost four month old loves being up and around and I can't just lay him on the ground with toys. He likes to go all the time. I'm a first time mom and looking for tips everywhere.
Just want to share some encouragement. Going from no children to one child is an extremely challenging transition. I remember those days with mixed emotions. On one hand, I wouldnât want to relive them because of how impossible it felt at the time but on the other hand I wish could go back and do it over again WITH the knowledge, experience, and confidence that I now have after 4 kids. I am a chef and I remember not even being able to make a pot of rice in the beginning months of motherhood. Sweeping my floors took all day. I definitely cried a lot. As each next child came, so did new challenges but also an immense amount of wisdom and strength. Youâll get there, mama. Please know that even when you feel like youâre not getting anything done, youâre getting the most important thing done! †Also, some babies require more attention than others. All 4 of my children wanted to be held all the time for the first year at least. They wouldnât go to other people and rarely were content to lay on the floor with toys. They also woke up really early in the morning (still do) so thereâs no such thing as waking up before the kids to get things done (as many influencers say they do). As lovely as these videos are (and I do believe that Steph is a genuinely great person), keep in mind that we are watching the highlights of her life. Iâm sure she herself would tell you that behind the scenes there are tantrums, parents losing their cool, and just overall rough moments of life and motherhood. Be gracious to yourself. Youâll find your groove (and then youâll get pregnant again). đâ€đâ€
