Baked Pork Chops

Sweet Potato Fries
Cut 2-3 sweet potatoes into fry shape. Toss in bowl with olive oil (and salt, optional.) Air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking or stirring often.
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
• EASY ALFREDO SAUCE // ...
Easy Lasagna
Brown 1 lb lean ground beef, with italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add 1 jar of favorite sauce. (I highly recommend Raos!) Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine 1 16 oz. carton 1% cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 2 eggs, black pepper, & italian seasoning. Spray baking dish. Layer noodles, meat sauce, cheese mixture, and shredded cheese ending with 1 big middle layer of cheese mixture and shredded cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Garlic Knots
Mix 1 3/4 cups self rising flour with 1 cup of plain greek yogurt. Stir to combine. (You might need to use your hands!) Turn out dough onto floured surface. Shape into ball. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Roll into logs and form into knots. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Melt 2 tbsp butter with garlic salt and italian seasoning, Brush baked knots, generously, with butter! Serve warm!

Add some garlic powder and Italian seasoning to your garlic knot dough when you add the flour 😍. jsut like your lasagna, season every step :) omg the bit at the end lol!! Adorable!

Our favorite casserole this week is a Hot Brown Casserole. It is so good. I make it with leftover Turkey and ham at holiday time but it is easily made with meat from the deli when you do not have leftovers. If you follow Mandy in the Making she made my recipe in one of her Subbie Supper Recipes. I use the exact same recipe and omit the turkey, ham, bacon and tomato and substitute shaved steak, onions, peppers and mushrooms and turn it into Philly Cheesesteak Casserole. Both Casseroles are equally delicious. I serve both casseroles with just a salad and there are always plenty of leftovers to reheat for lunch. Yum. I love lasagna. I have not made any in quite a while. My husband is spoiled. After making homemade spaghetti sauce I cannot get by with using a jarred sauce. They have too much sugar and are too sweet for him. It takes about 45 minutes to make sauce from scratch but to him it makes a difference so I do it. I usually double the recipe though and freeze half. I am gonna have to try those garlic knots. They looked delicious and easy to make.

Which flavor of RAOS do you typically use because I just bought a jar and made it tonight and was a bit disappointed in it. It was the regular homemade marinara one. It’s expensive and to me lacked flavor. I had to add in lots of Italian seasoning, salt and some sugar and garlic powder for some flavor.

If you want a thick sauce, add some cornstarch.
All looked amazing! Note: if you add some basil/Italian seasoning in your cottage cheese-ricotta cheese spread in the middle of your lasagna, it gives that layer a continuation of theme in lasagna! Just joined your channel. It’s great ideas!

Another easy pork chop I love to make is to sprinkle salt and chipotle chili powder on top and then plop a blob of apricot jam and bake............it makes them sweet and spicy. it's soooooo good!! you have to try it!!
This is so funny because I just tried a new spaghetti sauce tonight called RAOS. I had heard it was the best sauce from America’s Test Kitchen. It was 10.99 for a big jar so it’s expensive compared to Ragu. Bought the basic homemade Marinara and have to say it was good but not great for the price. Lacks flavor and sugar. Ha. But now I will have to try RAOS again in this flavor. The lasagna and garlic rolls look so good even though I just had spaghetti tonight. Ha. PS - I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every flavor is awesome.

I disagree with Raos being the best sauce. I hear that from alot of people. I went and tried it and its nothing special. If anything, they all look pretty greasy. If tried a few of the different Raos flavors and they all have the greasy factor to it. You notice the grease/oil run off to the side. Idk. If you can't afford it, its definitely NOT worth trying since each jar is like $10.
Same goes for Dukes mayonnaise. I heard how great it is from everyone so I was super excited to try it. Nothing special at all. Tastes just like every other mayo brand.
