Can you do a vid explaining why do you use distilled water and do you use it to shampoo with?

MiMi yes I will do a video explaining why I use Distilled water to refresh my hair Instead of tap water. I do not use it to shampoo but I use a filtered shower head that filters the water. It is really hard to use the distilled waters while shampoo because it’s easier for me to just wash my hair in the shower!
