@@junaugust2705 Yes, hit % = (skill base ACC + ACC mod - Target Dodge + 5 + hidden miss buff), with the modifiers applied ofc. I was just saying that there wasn't a good reason to drastically change those values. So I belive that skill base acc remained the same, appart from occasional rebalances.

You could comapre the hero files from br and base game to see how those were changed. Or look at other patches from the workshop.
