    good one, can you do a video on how to start a corporate account and its process. Also I heard once you take out the money from company to your personal account, you need to pay income tax. A big player who payes tax in cr advised not to start company. So please clarify

    There is a lot of confusion on setting up corporate account sir. Pvt vs LLP. Kindly make a video on process and do's and don't while making an corporate account for trading. How we can fund account from self and family members. Also many say that if 50%+ income is from investments than it is treated as NBFC. Kindly give some clarity on this.

    Any Indian note not only question while earning its also while spending.

    If i have 3 accounts, how can i wright off the same expense, like internet bill, eb bill, rent are 1 only...Also i have another doubt, last year my wife paid medical insurance of 25k for my family ising her card and PAN. She is not filing ITR since ahe is not earning, is it possible for me to claim under 80c.

    But at the time of withdraw amount from corporate account you have to again pay tax, so its not tax saving approach.

      @@JashJacob How can an individual spend that amount for personal needs ? If he transfer amount to personal account as salary and showed it as business expense then he must pay tax for 30% instead of 25% so we can't benefit from lower tax rate here...your thoughts please

    Did you confirm that you dont need a RBI registration ?
    As per the RBI guidelines
    The company will be treated as a non-banking financial company (NBFC) if its financial assets are more than 50 per cent of its total assets (netted off by intangible assets) and income from financial assets is more than 50 per cent of the gross income.
    I think your company will have 100 of its assetsnancial form then how come you dont speak about RBI registration.
    Please explain.

    If you trade in father account, u have to transfer fund to father account first. So that will be treated as your earnings only sir. This is basic of tax rules. I am Ca

      If you are funding fathers account then you must have already paid taxes right? Its considered as your capital/ loan to father and that entry can be reversed later correct me if i am wrong

      @@aditya01412 No clubbing provisions doesn't apply between father and son...tax paid money received by father will be treated as gift hence no tax for father and profits on gift amount will be taxed in hands of father ...please don't spread wrong info
