There are a lot of people on here saying that the guy in the white shirt was disrespectful or homophobic. As a gay man, I have to say that these two young men handled this with dignity and respect. TD Loyalty, as straight men I thank you for reacting to this video and actually showing compassion. People seem to forget if you are not use to addressing certain things it can be difficult and uncomfortable. I think that you did a great job and on behalf of my husband and myself we thank you. We both were kicked out by our families, he is black, I'm white but after years of misery and shit, we found each other, are now married and have 3 adopted children and life couldn't be more perfect. Thank you for this and you earned a subscribe from me. Others need to learn the fact that stereotypes have to be broken and we all have a responsibility to educate but at the same time live our own damn lives.

so true like even though you are feeling like you don't belong with the crowd just know that not everybody will hate you, for example a grandpa or a grandma would probably handle the situation a little better since they know that people need love to function every day or else you will come to the conclusion that your family doesn't show the love that you need. This problem right here could have led to sadness like suicide or anger like murder.

Outstanding reaction to a very difficult but real topic.
I came out as bisexual AND transgender(FTM) to my parents and family at the age of eighteen. I'm so grateful that my family isn't religious nutcases and aren't homophobic or transphobic. As well as my best friend and her family. But I know that not everyone is given these type of family members. To those who are suffering because of how your family and friends treat you, just know that there are people out there that are willing to listen to you and lend a shoulder to cry on.
You just have to search for those people. I know it tends to be hard for people in the LGBT community to feel welcomed in society and I wish things were so much easier but I can't say 100% that things'll be better for you. Keep your heads up, darlings, nobody needs to be treated with disrespect no matter what your race, sexuality, background, etc. is.
As long as you're a good person and are willing to help others with the same problem you're facing, you'll be golden.

I'm a sixty year old gay man. One comment that stood out was about his boyfriends father finding his son with a black boyfriend in bed with him. I'm sure that in most cases a white man finding his son with a black boyfriend would have a worse reaction than if it were a white boy. I think that the same would be true of a black man finding his son with a white boy. I'm sure it is even harder for a black gay teenager, than it is for a white one. Our society has always been extremely messed up as far as any minority has been treated. To be two minorities at once has to be doubly hard. By the way I am also white. Gay people are the last minority that it is still acceptable to hate.

They do sound a lil homophobic, but not in a hateful sense. There is still a lot of fear in both being gay and sympathizing. The fact that these fears still exist is what makes this song REAL AND POWERFUL. These guys are young, but I hope one day everyone can learn to accept people with out fear.
