I take a product called calm and its basically magnesium citrate its in gummy form and it definitely helps with stress i take 2 in the morning and 2 at night They have it powder form too I got it from Amazon it replaced my antidepressant meds that i took for years that somewhat helped and then after a while they didnt so i decided to try something else I also take melatonin before i go to sleep and i use dr. Teal's aromatherapy sleep spray
What's been on my mind that's when keeping me up it's just school like a big bundle of stress that you don't really need to worry about but me I worry about all the time Because I don't wanna fail school And if you fail school you'll never get anywhere in life
