Thanks for the video. All great information, my biggest challenge is slowing down enough to implement all of your points. I find myself rushing through the activity without prior planning and shooting a bunch of random video which means I have to try and cobble it together in post.

Thanks! I know it gets time consuming. It helps to go on your hike one day and just make some notes on different shot ideas, then go back another day and focus on filming it.
