What I love so much about you, Nadine, is that you are so real and “no nonsense “!
I agree that a matte finish is more flattering on mature skin, but I am 56 years old with dry skin, and I don’t let powder come near my face, it would make the foundation dry up like the dessert. Except on my eylids since they are oily - to make everything even more complicated. 😅
Love how you do the eyeliner and then set with the eyeshadow 😊
Love this look but then again you have a lovely canvass of skin to work with. Most of all what I like is it’s really minimalistic you don’t need a lot to bring your beauty out but you’re also using nice albeit expensive products which I suppose are totally worth it. I’m not a fan of puffy fish pouty lips and layers and layers of foundation( which seems to be the norm now with makeup tutorials) and that’s why I love this tutorial because there’s absolutely nothing I don’t like about it. I love the Beauty Pie gel liner pencil in Turkish Coffee. It’s the only shade I tried from the line that stays put.
Great look, polished and quick, essential for most of us. Re replacing your favourite concealer pencil, have you tried the Delilah one, I’ve found it’s excellent, blends really easily and doesn’t sit in my 66yr old lines, quick and easy and perfect to pop in your bag. Think it’s called Farewell.

BeautyPie has a great brow gel with fibers and my all time favorite collagen lip oil which is really a beautifully nourishing lip gloss that smells amazing
Thanks Nadine, great tip on setting eye liner with powder. Also using different shades of concealer. I love the fact that it only takes 5 minutes. Well for now, maybe slightly longer.

I'm v sad about the Erborian concealer stick, so please keep up that campaign! Also, can you start a campaign to bring back the Nars Smudge brush like the one you use (no 45?). They've changed the shape of the smudge brush and it's not like your original one 😢. Emma x

It’s slowly recovering
I have that Elizabeth Arden brush and it's fantastic for applying powder foundations as well. I didn't know they don't sell it anymore. Because of you I also have the BB black plum eyeshadow and also use it to set eyeliner and it should last me quite a long time. You also recommended Nars blush in Bumpy ride and Free Soul as a topper and it's a beautiful duo. I like it better than Orgasm blush. I haven't bought the Eborian BB because the light one is too light and the Dore a bit too yellow. Your hair is looking good.

Nadine, I find the Erborian Super BB Cream makes a great concealer under my eyes, and I’ve got mega dark circles!! I only need a little bit as well. I discovered that by accident when I won it in a giveaway package from lovely Charlotte Holdcroft’s channel (check her out, she’s brilliant and very entertaining). Enjoy your bank holiday monday! xxx
Nadine you may enjoy the eyeliner from Clinique in the shade Egyptian. It isn't as green but it's lovely, does not budge, is super easy to sharpen & is a more affordable option 😊

Sephora Collection Waterproof 12HR Retractable Eyeliner Pencil in "Shimmer Taupe"
I was taught by a makeup artist (a long time ago) to always take your foundation/powder over your eyes and lips. All the videos I see now omit that step so it was good to see you doing it. It creates a great base for eyeshadow and lipstick.

Have you looked at NYC olive eyeliner or MAC hunter Green. They may both be a little bit more green but both have that olive/bronze tone I think.

I often wonder how many of the “old” Bobbi Brown formulas have be rerouted to other ELC brands after they’ve been discontinued from Bobbi Brown? I find a lot of the most brilliant BB products have been discontinued after Bobbi and ELC parted ways.
I especially miss a lot of the skin care - it was fantastic.

I just had to check (with my bronze Avon Glimmerstick) whether the VB bronze was unique. Sadly they are not the same, but given that the Avon gives me change from a tenner, I'll cope!

I like the idea of the Erborian BB but the ingredients are risky for my skin. I especially like your liner technique and the CT brows.

One Powder Wonder is not discontinued. It is being repackaged into refillable compacts like the new blushers.

There have been rumors from time to time that OPW is getting discontinued, so that’s why I thought she was referring to it.

I can’t believe they’d discontinue OPW. there are different versions which are newer. I think it’s to do with the refillable compacts which will be brilliant.

You need the vb sharpener for the pencil
MAC has a very similar shade to that Victoria Beckham pencil. I actually don’t like the formula of the VB pencils but I love her lipliners.

From what I am told, they think I'm a bot because either I unfollowed a bunch of people at one time, which I didn't, or I liked too many posts. Since I go on Instagram to be positive and consume just what content I want, I guess they don't want the likes of me. 🤷🏼♀️. I haven't been able to find a way to get you your cat memes and I really hate that. Sigh.

i always tap excess back into the compact as by the end of the year,there's probably alot of waste of cosmetics, over a few years full compacts have been wasted into the atmosphere, resulting in more particles into the atmosphere and dust.Sad to see that most people do this

During lockdown I bought online the Chanel BB (it might be CC) Chanel No 1, the water based makeup with the cream bronzer, and the revamped Dior, along with my regular £85 Estée Lauder one! I now only use Erborian. Buy a sample size, as it’s difficult to explain. Nadine’s video shows how it covers. And the finish!

@@janeburke147 Clair in the BB Cream and I have the Super BB incase I need more cover, but I haven’t used that! The CC Eye too. Once you try it, it’s difficult to go back to the full on makeup, as this doesn’t sit in lines, fine or otherwise! 🤦♀️ but I really like the finish it gives.

Yes, I made the mistake of buying the CC but after buying the BB I use both depending what I’m doing on the day. It’s all brilliant!

@@janeburke147 The BB cream has more, there is also a super BB which is definitely more. But for me, it’s about the finish, as it’s flawless, more importantly, depending on your age, it doesn’t sit in fine (or otherwise) lines! The CC cream is colourless but turns into a light glowing finish when applied. I have at least 5 different Erborian products, they are all worth trying. My daughter now uses it too.

Do something with that hair! You're too old to be constantly playing with your hair and flipping it out of your eyes. Your hair color is such an ash color it looks green under the lights.

Не надо так сильно растягивать кожу на веках,когда рисуете стрелки. Помаду лучше использовать с карандашом. И тени не совсем ровно накрашены. Можно сделать легкую коррекцию скул.
