Women are misusing the laws very much. GOVT should think about men and their family and come up with balanced law and process. I agree, in women case, neither police nor any GOVT organization comes to the support of men to even check whether the allegations have any base or not. Women can even accuse judges and judge will be in soup, like a woman was arranged by Oppn parties and their lawyer lobby against Dipak Misra (SC judge) to force him not to give verdict in RAM MANDIR case.
And women who is in dire need of legal help still scared to go to police or court and pseudo feminist are using it as they are having salt in their food
