It basically shows that her life revolves around her son. The bigger room is her son's and then she turned her smaller bedroom into her son's playroom. The only thing that's kinda sad is the mouse problem.
No. You don't let kids primary rooms and hallways be overwhelmed & over run with shit. Little minds need simplicity, not stupidity. This is stupid to say how she's a mom and it's normal to have cardboard shoe boxes in the kitchen and stove, FFS. MICE & ROACHES live that crap.

Let’s not shame! The journey of artists and entertainers is complex. It is necessary minimal living be recognized as an art. Supersized living is problematic on a number of levels, especially carbon impact, which is killing us and many species. Scientifically messy living and work spaces are typical of creatives and pioneers. It may look disorganized to observers, yet that is blindspot to the spectrum of methods.
Just looks like a single working Mom's home to me. It's a nice size place that I can assume is in a nice neighborhood. I don't know why everyone assumes if you make more money you have to get a bigger place and more stuff to fill it.
If I won the lottery I would still stay small but maybe a little house on the beach or lake or have some land 😊

Wow!!! This is the most normal celeb home I’ve ever seen! She feels so down to earth and it makes me like her a lot. My dad sacrificed having a bedroom so my little brother and I had separate bedrooms growing up. He slept in the living room too. I’m so thankful for everything he did for me❤
That’s a pretty relate able place for New York. I was on board with it up until the mouse situation. I can’t do clutter, personally, but I also wouldn’t live in New York because I need more room for the money

No hate to her, but I would get so much anxiety living like that... too much stuff and clutter! My parents were messy like that and it took a couple years of me living on my own to realize that messiness was a huge contribution to my anxiety and depression. I need order and lots of sun light and a clean environment to feel and do my best.

A lot of those celebrities are just like us. Not necessarily messy but just like us. Only those who are insanely rich can afford luxury services (cleaning every single day with permanent staff). And when they are about to give a tour of their houses, they probably make sure everything is clean before. Here, we have a lady keeping it real. I don’t think she makes that much money for a celebrity. Probably 1 million a year at most as she hasn’t acted in many things. She might get money from sponsors. But you also need to think that she needs to pay taxes and agents etc

Nice tour of the home/apt/condo. I totally agree w/the chick in the vid. I could NOT live in a big house/Mansion. But my reason wouldn’t be because of homeless people. It would be because the bigger the house, the bigger the bills and the bigger the cost to update/repair the home. Plus I like a sense of coziness. Cannot get that in a big mansion.
Now to defend those who do have major homes. Many times they have their mansions not for just a living space but also for jobs. And sometimes the job is opening your home up and having parties (not wild crazy parties) but parties where people come together to connect and make future opportunities happen. Those are the head honchos-they can have the big homes. I’m a guy who is happy w/3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Simple guy. I also like to be able to yell from the bedroom and have someone hear me in the living room 🤣 better yet, the kitchen, “Hey! Can someone bring me a soda!” 🤣

She's right in what she said about for instance purchasing a massive house or apt when you literally don't need all that space and HOMELESS ppl can't even get a room.
